"Extrem dreckig, schon bei Ankunft war der Boden komplett verschmutzt und wurde während des 14-tägien Aufenhalts gar nicht gereinigt! Wozu bezahlt man demnach die Reinigung. Reinigung war sowieso ein Witz; zwar wird täglich geprüft, aber außer ab und zu (alle 4 Tagen wurden zumindest die Handtücher getauscht), wurde nichts im Apartment unternommen; im Vorwege war in der Buchungsbestätigung der Vermerk, dass es gereinigt wird... setzen sechs!"

"WIr hatten ein geräumiges, sauberes Zimmer mit schönem Badezimmer und einem Balkon. Sehr gut hat uns auch das Frühstück direkt am Meer im zugehörigen Ocean Club gefallen. Der Poolbereich ist ebenfalls schön gestaltet. Das Zentrum von Willemstad kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Wir würden das Saint Tropez Boutique Hotel weiterempfehlen."

"Hotel stratégiquement bien placé , tout est à "walking distance" : rue marchandes, arrets de bus, restaurants. En plus la terrasse au sommet permet de boire un cocktail en admirant le coucher de soleil. Les membres de l'hotel sont très gentils et aident pour toute demande (réservations restaurants, tours,etc...). Je tiens à remercier particulièrement Shediah qui a été très efficace pour tout cela. "

"Breakfast & sushi is really great. Definitely try it. The bar in the evening is a dream. The room was large, modernly furnished and the bathroom was really clean. Unfortunately the staff is divided into two parts. Half of them are super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, the other half doesn't feel like doing the job at all and lets the guests feel this too. A real shame! The transfer from the airport to the hotel did not work, even though it was registered and confirmed in writing. At the airport we had to wait over 30 minutes at night with our 1-year-old daughter for an available taxi. Unfortunately we also had to ask for a baby bed 3 times. After 1.5 days this was finally set up."

"Das Kontiki Beach Resort war super. Eine sehr gepflegte Anlage, nettes und hilfsbereites Personal und auch der Strand ist sauber und bietet Liegen, Sonnenschirme, Bars und Restaurants. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt."

"We booked this house judging from the picture at Fewo, represented a nice and welcoming house in May2023. Arriving on June 5th, the picture was the opposite. Summary: This house used to be a nice place, but it is clear, that it has not been properly maintained since years. Now some details: • The fridge was partly broken and full of Mold , so not to be used ; (refer to other reviewers). • In the house are loose cables, broken floor and Mold spots so not a safe house with small children. • Huge part of the jalousies could not be opened, “We are waiting for an offer to repair them” the landlord said first after arrival. • Dining Table was in bad shape. The housekeeper explained “the dirt is so deep that cannot be cleaned. • The dining chairs are plastic and not the ones presented. • The outside furniture is old and broken Dirty bed sheets and hairs in the sink on arrival only complete the picture. It is strange, that we had to send pictures as evidence before a new team came to clean. A Clean house should be cleaned at arrival!! We stayed one night as we arrived late but next day checked out. if anyone needs some pictures, happy to provide."
