The staff were really nice people and all very helpful. Some guests were extremely annoying. But for this the staff cannot do anything of course. The hotel is not responsible for the behavior of their guests.

Das einzig positive war die sehr zentrale Lage in Chinatown und das bequeme Bett. Ansonsten war es dreckig und heruntergekommen- v.a. das Bad. Sind nach einer Nacht wo anders hin.

Inmitten des China Towns und trotzdem ruhig.
Liegt sehr nahe zur nächsten MRT-Station und Bushaltestelle. Die Auswahl an Restaurants ist gross und vielseitig in dieser Gegend.

Gut gelegen. MRT um die Ecke. Innenstadt auch zu Fuss erreichbar. Schlaf-capsule sind grösser als auf dem Foto und bieten viel Privatsphäre. Bequeme Betten und grosse Locker fürs Gepäck. Saubere Duschen und Toiletten. Spärliches, aber ausreichendes Frühstück (Toast, Konfitüre, Erdnussbutter, Cornflakes, Orangen und Instant Coffee).

Tolles Hostel, super Lage
Wirklich sehr sehr zufrieden. Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Bäder und Zimmer sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt. WLAN funktioniert auch super.

I had a very pleasant stay. This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel. The property is maintained very well. The shower and toilet rooms were very clean. The staff were very helpful with my check in. A short walk away from Hong Lim Market, and several other food options nearby. It was a great spot to stay in to explore Chinatown, and close by the MRT station.

I had never experienced capsule hotel before. It worked great for our family of 7. It was a good option for us, being on a budget. Desk manager was friendly and helpful. Toilets and showers were clean. We would stay at Wink again.

I loved everything about my experience except for the booking system. When I arrived, I was shocked to find that someone was sleeping in the bed assigned to me. Which was no big deal; however, when they assigned me to another bed, they confused me with someone else, woke me up the next morning and tried to kick me out until I proved who I was. As I said, I loved everything about this capsule hotel/hostel, but that situation was absolutely ridiculous.

It’s very quite for a hostal, that’s hard to find. The staff is very friendly (if you’re kind). They even allowed me to leave my suitcase there before check-in and after check-out. The WiFi is not the best, it’s unstable and slow but it works for messaging

It's a disaster. I'm pleading with Expedia not to recommend the hostel to anybody. Why should I checked out in few hours after I checked in. I do have a video of the hostel. I'm pretty pleased to share with Expedia

Accueil désagréable le personnel ne sont pas a l'ecoute. Il demande 50 dollars de caution et pourtant a la reservation c'est bien marqué 10 dollars. J'avais demander qu'il me change le linge de bain car il etais sale. Il on refusé et elle m'avais repondu que on a le droit qu'une seule serviette chaque 2 jour meme si cela etais sale. Je ne recommande pas cette établissement. Ca ne vaut pas galaxy pod qui est a la meme rue pour le meme prix voir moin chère. Établissement a déconseillée

Hi guest, nous nous excusons pour la gêne occasionnée, car nous avons peut-être ignoré une faute de frappe sur notre page d'informations Expedia. en ce qui concerne le problème des serviettes, il est vrai qu'il ne peut être changé qu'une fois tous les 2 jours et s'il était vraiment sale, vous auriez pu le porter au personnel et nous serions ravis de l'échanger pour vous. nous espérons que vous passerez un bon moment lorsque vous serez à Singapour la prochaine fois.

交通至便、中華街のど真ん中で便利。
ホテル代の高いシンガポール内では立地が良く価格もまあまあです。 2段ベットの上段になってしまったが上り下りが思いのほかつらかったです。下段がおすすめです。シャワーは普通の清潔度でしたが脱衣スペースがないのでちょっと困りました。シャワー室の中で脱いでフックに掛けるしかありません。朝食はトーストと焼きビーフンとフルーツがありました。完全セルフサービスで皿も自分で洗います。 ホテルの周辺は地下鉄の駅、中華街のレストランが至近距離にあり便利でした。

Clean, private, good location. Poor common areas.
The capsule was nice, spacious and clean. But the room they were in was small and cramped. And the common areas were also tiny with limited seating and sparse, uncomfortable furniture. Breakfast was of low quality. Washing and dryer cost 8 Singapore dollars, a bit high I think. And the customer service was perfunctory at best. Nice location though! And it served its purpose. I would stay there again, but would also look for something with a more comfortable welcoming staff and common spaces.

Likes: - property within minutes walking distance of a MRT station - staff are very helpful, pleasant and courteous - free breakfast - ear plugs are available upon request (if your room is of the dorm setting and there is a snorer in the room) - great for solo travelers Minor things that can be better: - Communal women's washroom: There seems to always be puddles of water under the sinks, causing me to either stand in those puddles, or stand in an awkward position to avoid them; If I stand in the puddles, the water seep through my disposable slippers
