It is renovated from previous Hilton to the new brand voco, excellent location on Orchard Rd., shopping paradise and fantastic breakfast. It was really good price for a 5-star hotel in Singapore.

Wir waren 12 Nächte im Voco Hotel und hatten dort einen sehr guten Aufenthalt. Zum Frühstück hatten wir immer eine leckere Singapur Nudelsuppe frisch zubereitet. Auch die Laksa war ein Gedicht. Das Buffet war echt Super jeder Inder, Chinese, Japaner oder Eurpäer hatte hier eine große Auswahl. Die Kellner Altap und Push waren immer sehr hilfsbereit. Eine große Hilfe war auch am Empfang Herr Paolo Perlada. Er hat zum Beispiel meinen vergessenen Führerschein über Nacht wieder besorgt. Gute Auskünfte und Tipps von dem Concierge Aqid. Lauter freundliche Angestellte! Jederzeit immer wieder gerne.

Wir waren 13 Nächte in einer Club Suite untergebracht. Von der Ankunft (unser Suite war bei Ankunft im Hotel um 8 Uhr morgens bezugsfertig) bis zum Abschied - mir hat der Aufenthalt besonders gut gefallen. Die Voco Crew gibt alles damit es dem Gast an nichts mangelt. Die Kollegen aus der Clubetage waren super (come as strangers, leave as friends), aber auch das Housekeeping oder der nette Herr an der Tür. Ich kann das Voco nur empfehlen, vor allem, wenn man als Mensch und nicht als Zimmernummer gesehen werden möchte!

Gutes Hotel in Sigapur Orchard
Nach anfägnlichen Schwierigkeiten, wurde uns seitens Catherine und Ihrer Kollegin an der Rezeption geholfen und ab dem Zeitpunkt ist alles super gleaufen. Kenny, Ali, Natasha und deren Kollegen haben uns mit Ihren Services in der Lounge und abseits davon verwöhnt. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Betten und Bettwäsche sind hochwertig. Badezimmer sind etwas abgenutzt und klein.

This property was formerly the Hilton. It was tired and old back then and needed a total refurbishment. Can't understand why IHG taken on this property and branded it VOCO. Stayed in Club room, bathroom very small and tiles needed to be grouted properly or replaced. Replacing carpet is not a refurb!!!!

Everything was good about this place except the air conditioning. The thermostat didn't work and no matter what you did it blew without interruption huge amounts of cold air. This meant, because you cannot open the windows, you have to constantly turn the air-conditioning on and off. On it is too cold and off it is too hot.

When I arrived there is a short interruption which I booked on Expedia with lounge access. Reception said we are not diamond member so we cannot access the lounge. After a few back and forth, they are finally able to verified we DID booked the room with lounge access. The staff at the lounge are exceptionally nice. The receptionist are not the most welcoming which felt a little disappointed. Otherwise, the room are tidy and clean. The district around the hotel are really nice, and walkable distance to a few major shopping mall.

Great experience staying at Voco. Friendly and accomodating staff, convenient location for shopping and a quick walk to MRT station. Bathrooms and rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here. Huge variety at the breakfast buffet with numerous options catering to all dietary requirements.
