Excellent hotel near National University etc
This is a great choice if you want to be close to NUS, NTU and all the biotech etc around Buena Vista. Hotel is directly besides Buena Vista MRT, so you will be able to reach Holland Village in 5 minutes (or just walk there), and downtown in no time as well. Food available in incredible variety nearby (Star Mall, 1 North / Fusionopolis)

Bestes Hotel um Biopolis zu besuchen.
Sehr gut gelegen, direkt neben Biopolis, MRT Station Buona Vista (direkte Verbindung ins Stadtzentrum) und einem Shopping Center.

Super Business-Hotel in praktischer Lage
Das Rochester Park Hotel ist sauber, gut eingerichtet, und der Staff ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist praktisch gelegen in unmittelbarer Nähe der MRT-Station Buona Vista, welche direkte Verbindungen zum Flughafen und zur NTU-Universität gewährleistet. Auch NUS ist per Bus problemlos zu erreichen, sowie einige nahe gelegene Forschungsinstitute. Hinter dem Hotel lieft die Star Vista Mall, ein Einkaufs- und Speisezentrum, wo man schnell alles findet, was man brauch. Etwas weiter liegen Ghim Moh und Holland Village, mit preiswerteren und authentischeren Restaurants. Das Zimmer war geräumig, immer sauber, und gut ausgestattet mit allem Notwendigen. Der Pool ist etwas klein geraten, dafür aber schön mit Palmen umgeben. In jedem Zimmer gibt es gratis ein Smartphone mit unbeschränkten Daten- und Voiceverbindungen, ein tolles Angebot.

I must thank the staff members at the front desk who were so helpful as well as so kind to be an interpolary to help locate my lost wifi connection device that I'd left on the Grab. Luckily I was able to get it back with their help! I also like to thank the maintenance staff who came to take a look at the air conditioner late at night on my first day of arrival. The staffs were quite brilliant in their work.

A few little fixes
For what you are paying the room is tiny! You are a 20mins on public transport central. The bathroom needs a bit of an overhaul spacious but the bath handle was hanging on, there’s little niggly bits that bothered me, the carpet being cut too short so it was showing the floor underneath, the bedroom lights being cold instead of warm the bathroom lights being warm instead of cold. The walls are thin, the wardrobe doors should be sliding doors otherwise it’s a faff to open and close them especially the middle one. the staff are friendly, the cleaners are great.

The hotel is ideal for anyone planning a longer stay in Singapore as the room has a small functional kitchenette with full sized refridgerator and washer/dryer combo. The Bueno Vista MRT station is nearby as well as, The Star Vista and Rochester Malls offering offering over a dozen resturaunts and bars within 200 metres of the hotel.
