We had a nice spacious appartment with a good view over the city. The hotel is very good located. A lot of shopping malls are just around the corner. Our kids liked swimming in the pool that was never crowded. The interior is maybe a little old fashioned, but we didn't mind that. What could be improved is definitely the breakfast.

Sehr zentrale Lage, gute Preis/Leistung
Waren über Ostern 8 Nächte im Orchard Parksuites. Hatten 2 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Bädern, Küche, Wohnzimmer. Alles vorhanden, auch in der Küche. Klima liess sich in jedem Raum einzeln schalten. Alles ok. Einzig das Frühstück ist nach internationalen Massstäben nicht tragbar. Samstag,Sonntag und Feiertags kein Frühstück warum, wusste niemand. Frühstück musste in der Lobby eingenommen werden, viel zu wenige Sitzplätze, sodass man dann in den Garten ausweichen mußte, wäre ja nicht schlimm, wenn man nicht von Horden von Tauben überfallen würde. Hierfür nur 1 Stern. Pool, warm, etxra Dusche, sogar Sauna! Große Badehandtücher, konnte man auch zum Strand mitnehmen, ca 20Min mit MRT (U-Bahn) Super Sehr zentrale Lage, direkt bei MRT und Bus, sowie allen wichtigen Einkaufszentren, auch 3 Hawker in der der Nähe. In einem EKZ auch ein großer Supermarkt.

Absolute Downtown Location.
Beste Lage an Orchard/Scotts, die Megamalls ION und Ngee Ann City vor der Haustüre. Das Haus, ich kenne es seit 20 Jahren, ist noch immer im Top Zustand. Super Pool. Kleines Frühstück von Montag bis Freitag. Zimmer geräumig. Wer ein kleines Apartment einem Hotelzimmer bevorzugt, ist hier richtig.

Hotel mit hervorragender Lage zur Orchard Road
Wir hatten ein Appartment mit zwei Schlafzimmer im 18. Stock. Beschreibung ist zutreffend. Allerdings zeigen die Bilder die wohl schöneren Zimmer. Möbel sind nämlich etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist gerade noch akzeptabel. Appartment gefindet sich in hervorragender Lage. Wohnzimmer ist geräumig und sehr großzügig, das zweite SZ (Twin Betten) etwas klein. Größe ist dennoch insgesamt für 4 Personen ausreichend. Küche (da keine Spülmaschine vorhanden) und Bett werden täglich gemacht. Hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Pool ist groß und bis 10.30 pm geöffnet. Nach einem Ausflug ist das sehr erfrischend. WiFi ist kostenfrei verfügbar, wenn auch nicht das schnellste. Nicht angenehm war der etwas seltsame (modrige) Geruch im App. Da sich Fenster nicht öffnen lassen ist der leider nicht zu beseitigen. Auch lassen sich die Vorhänge nicht zur Seite ziehen, um die tolle Aussicht besser zu genießen. Frühstück gibt es nur an Wochentagen (warum eigentlich, wenn es ein 5*-Hotel sein will?), ist auch nur durchschnittlich gut. Zu späteren Zeiten ist es oft überfüllt, und man kann nur mit Wartezeiten einen Tisch für 4 Personen ergattern. Ab 9.30 am wird nur noch sporadisch aufgefüllt. Türen zu Bad und SZ sind nur schwer, d.h. laut, zu öffnen. Das stört insbesondere nachts!

It's the second time we've stayed here. Great location, friendly service, comfortable room, firm beds (which we like), well-equipped kitchen (but no plastic cover in the microwave to stop food from splashing about and no dishwasher, which was fine with us), secure Wifi, loaner umbrellas, and a very lovely pool. Worst stay that is detrimental to your health
We were horrified when we first entered the apartment. The balcony ceiling was not properly covered with the ceiling panels. There was a very bad musky smell in the room. It was so bad that my young son refused to stay in the room as he was very uncomfortable with the state of the room. Front desk gave us an upgrade. The upgrade was horrible. Please see pictures of the UPGRADED room. The walls were crawling with bugs (please see pictures). We turned on the bath water and the bathtub was filled with yellow water with large black particles. The door knobs are falling off when we opened the bedroom and toilet doors. Furnitures have large splinters at corners that could hurt someone badly. The kitchen is very dirty with paint falling and chipping of wood off the cabinets. The cleanliness of the kitchen is very bad. Please see picture of cloth I used to clean a single chair seat. We turned on the washing machine and the machine was making a very large noise that rattled through out the apartment and the engineer had to be called. You can hear the outside traffic especially at night due to the missing gaskets around the windows. This was a waste of money and worst of all a health risk. We asked a refund so that we can move to a better place but was told that they are not able to give us a refund. We hope that the management can give us a good explanation for the state of the room we had to stay in. We will never stay in another Far East property again.

stayed in the loft, it was comfortable for 1 - 2 pax. while the living area has furniture that looks like they've been there since the 90s, the bedroom and master toilet are more modern looking. love the bed and pillows and that the kitchen has wide range of pots, pans, tupperware and cultery (that are also clean and new).

Just the room
Singapore went into COVID19 Circuit break last week and the hotel limited the cleaning frequencies, the availability of breakfast, the gym and pool cant be used no more, which are all understandable. Has the hotel not considered reducing the daily rate? At breakfast, some hotel guests stuffed their takeaway foods which was really inconsiderate to others. I ended up taking only apple juice and some miserable greek yogurt. Why doesnt the hotel consider providing a better breakfast?

長期滞在しています。ロケーションも良くどこに行くのも便利です。キッチンがある為自炊が出来るので自宅にいる感覚で滞在出来ます。目の前が高島屋なので食材の調達にも困りません。歩いて直ぐのところにドンキがあり日本の食材もなんでも手に入ります。部屋もアップグレードしてもらって至れり尽くせりです。アパートメントホテルはあまり朝食は付いていないのですが、ここは平日に限りますが、朝食が付いていて、更に値段もこの辺りでは安くてお勧めです。1ベッドルームでも50m3以上あり部屋も広くゆったり出来ます。

The best living experience in Singapore
The hotel is placed right behind Orchard Road, so you get the closeness and avoid the noise, yet shopping malls, MRT, restaurants etc. are very nearby! Hotel staff was very friendly and service minded throughout the entire stay. Special thanks to front desk staff Nelson Teng, Ms Jey, Ms Izzuti, who were very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are quite spacious, but some furniture inside the apartments may require some renovation - however it does not compromise the excellent overall evaluation. I would love to return to Orchard Parksuites over and over again for each visit to Singapore. :)

Excellent location, right next to two malls. Very spacious unit. Helpful staff. Continental breakfast includes quite a variety of food. Has swimming pool, court for either badminton or basketball. Easily walk to Orchard Road with all mega malls.

Very close to Orchard Road shopping, Orchard MRT and taxi rank. So very convenient for all transportation. Breakfast space was small and options were limited. Overall the stay was very good and enjoyable. Highly recommended compared to staying in hotels.

Staff were not really welcoming. However, apartment layout was really nice. Only bad thing was the air con kept dripping on the bed. Overall, I do recommend this place, location is perfect! Walk straight out and your on the main orchad road.
