They took our bags for us upon arrival, gave us a room upgrade for free, and called a cab for us when we left. „It is a nice hotel! We came here just for one night after a long intercontinental flight, and it has everything you need, including a kitchen, and a 24h convenience store in the basement. There is an airport transfer every couple of mins which takes about 5mins to the airport. But the best is, the staff really takes care of everything. Every request we had was fulfilled, and they were always very nice and professional. I can very much recommend this hotel!“

Dust was everywhere and the carpeting was damaged and the shower heads were really calcified and affected the water flow a lot. The hair dryer stopped automatically after 2 minutes and had to be replugged in each time "
