Apartment D428 at The Hills Residence, Simpson Bay

D428 is a 78 m² two-bedroom apartment on the second floor of Building 4 at The Hills Residence, a residence in Simpson Bay, on the Dutch side of Sint Maarten. It sleeps up to four guests and looks out over Simpson Bay lagoon.

Furnished and fully equipped, it works as well for a long weekend as for a stay of several weeks. The idea is simple: arrive, unpack, and enjoy the island without having to think about practical details.

Layout and bedrooms

The apartment has two separate bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed. Both have storage space and curtains to darken the room. Both bedrooms also have a TV.

The living area combines a lounge corner with a sofa and flat-screen TV, and a dining table for meals. The apartment has two bathrooms with a shower.

Outdoor space

From the balcony, furnished for two, you can watch the boats on Simpson Bay lagoon and enjoy the evening breeze.

Kitchen and equipment

In the kitchen you have a hob with extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and a dishwasher, as well as an espresso machine, a kettle, a toaster and a blender. Crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and glasses, including wine and champagne glasses, are all there.

Air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi and a washer-dryer make longer stays comfortable. You also have an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, bathroom essentials, bed linen, bath towels and beach towels.

A baby cot and a high chair are available for families with young children. The door opens with an electronic lock, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed.

The Hills Residence

The rooftop of The Hills Residence has a swimming pool with a wide view over the lagoon. You also have an elevator, private parking and outdoor cameras around the buildings. The pool is open every day from 8 am to 8 pm, with sun loungers around it.

A concierge service is available to arrange car rental, book restaurants or plan excursions and activities on the island. You can contact the team before or during your stay.

Location in Simpson Bay

The Hills Residence is in Simpson Bay, a lively area of the Dutch side known for its restaurants, bars, shops and marinas. Simpson Bay beach and Maho beach are a few minutes away by car, as is Princess Juliana International Airport.

Because the residence sits on a hillside, a car is recommended to get around. It also lets you discover the rest of the island, such as Philipsburg, Marigot and the beaches of the French side.

Practical information

Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is until 11 am. D428 is well suited to families or groups of friends, with a maximum of four guests. Our team is on site to welcome you and answer your questions during your stay.

If you stay for a week or more, you can book an intermediate housekeeping service and ask for extra towels. The equipped kitchen and the washer-dryer make it easy to settle in for a longer holiday.
