Apartment D402 at The Hills Residence, Simpson Bay

At The Hills Residence in Simpson Bay, D402 is a 69 m² one-bedroom apartment set on the ground floor of Building 4. Up to two guests can stay here, and the apartment looks out over Simpson Bay lagoon.

The apartment is fully furnished and ready for a holiday stay, whether you come for a few nights or several weeks. Everything has been planned so that you can settle in quickly and spend your time enjoying the island.

Layout and bedrooms

A separate bedroom with a queen-size bed gives you a quiet space for the night. It has a closet with hangers and curtains that darken the room. There is also a TV in the bedroom.

The living area combines a lounge corner with a sofa and flat-screen TV, and a dining table for meals. The apartment has one bathroom with a shower, plus a separate toilet.

Outdoor space

The living room opens onto a private terrace with outdoor furniture, ideal for meals outside or a quiet moment in the evening.

Kitchen and equipment

Cooking at home is easy: the kitchen has a hob, an extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. Small appliances include an espresso machine, a kettle, a toaster and a blender, and you will find crockery, cutlery, utensils and glasses for wine and champagne.

For everyday comfort there is air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer-dryer, an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. Bed linen, bath towels, beach towels and bathroom essentials are supplied.

A baby cot and a high chair are available for families with young children. The door opens with an electronic lock, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed.

The Hills Residence

On the roof of the residence, a swimming pool looks out over the lagoon and the hills. The residence has elevators, private parking and outdoor surveillance cameras. The pool is open every day from 8 am to 8 pm, with sun loungers around it.

Location in Simpson Bay

From the residence you reach the restaurants, shops and marinas of Simpson Bay in a few minutes by car. Simpson Bay beach, Maho beach and Princess Juliana International Airport are also very close.

Because the residence sits on a hillside, a car is recommended to get around. It also lets you discover the rest of the island, such as Philipsburg, Marigot and the beaches of the French side.

Practical information

Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is until 11 am. D402 is well suited to couples, with a maximum of two guests. The team of The Hills Residence is available on site if you need anything during your stay.

An intermediate housekeeping service and extra towels can be booked during your stay. Combined with the full kitchen and the washer-dryer, this makes the apartment practical for long stays as well as short breaks.
