Unwind from busy city life with everything this property has to offer-

Located in the beautiful community of Silver Sands at Lake Isle- a 50-60 minute drive from Edmonton. Your stay includes a quiet lake front property with a golf course minutes away, boat launch, community park and playground steps away from the cabin. Ideal for 8-9 people, can sleep up to 11.

Enjoy a large parking pad for up to four cars or room for an RV, heated garage with room for two vehicles.

Main level has master bedroom with king bed, walk in closet and dresser.

Second bedroom has two twin beds and additional trundle bed if needed- perfect for the kiddos. Please let us know in advance if you have kids in your party! Baby items may be available upon request.

Main bathroom has stand shower and vanity.

Spacious walk in pantry with everything needed to host a great party- margaritaville, slushy maker, pressure cooker, martini/shot glasses, wine glasses, solo cups, paper plates, etc.

Full kitchen has glass top stove, microwave, dishwasher, all necessary cooking/baking utensils, dinnerware, keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker with coffee available.

Dining area has seating for 7, extra seats available upon request.

Spacious living room with electric fireplace, lake view large window, big sectional sofa, smart tv with firestick for all streaming- just bring your log in info!

Step into the rear of the cabin and there is much more to offer. Large den with room for four more guests, one double bed, one twin bed again with a trundle if needed for additional sleepers. This room is stocked with board games, DVDs and a tv for entertainment.

Up a few stairs you will find another full bathroom with a vanity and a shower with bath tub. Washer and dryer is available for your use- Laundry soap available.

Another master bedroom awaits with a king size bed, dresser, tv and DVD player.

Cabin is ideal for two families!

Step outside onto the large wrap around deck, plenty of seating- dining table, large sectional with fire table, heater, BBQ, smaller seating areas and loungers to overlook the lake.

The yard is our favorite part to enjoy, lush green grass takes you all the way to a sandy lake front right off the lawn! Fire pit for your use, please bring firewood. Large tree with tree fort and ladder for children, use at your own risk (it’s very old), swings attached to the tree for extra fun. Two sheds located on the property, you will have access to one- this includes water toys, floaties, water trampoline, paddle board and life jackets for everyone. One shed will be locked with our personal items.

Brand new hot tub just installed- seats up to 8 with round seating, no loungers- room for everyone. The hot tub lid doubles as a projector screen, projector available with fire stick. Just plug in and watch whatever you’d like!

Of note: neighbors are close with no fencing, please keep in mind if bringing pets as it’s not enclosed and there is a lot of wildlife around.

Water quality varies year to year and season to season. Anything concerning will be noted prior to your stay.

During winter months, ice fishing shacks are set up on the lake available for rent. If you’d like more information please inquire or bring your own and head out for the day right off the back yard. Gas auger, pop up tent and gear available upon request.
