„As this original unit, Gull House, was listed as 3 bedroom and was only 2 and a loft, Rainbow Ridge let us change to Johnson Suite #2. This unit was really nice and we were happy to have what we signed up for and pay the difference. However, after checking in, communication was beyond unacceptable. We were expected to troubleshoot the heat system (would not go above 62) and smoke alarm (beeped low battery at 2am) Calls were not returned and office was closed when stated it would be open.2 ...
