„My 3 nights at the Plaza Grande were wonderful. The staff went out of its way to make everything perfect for me. I had a beautiful Suite overlooking the old city square which was very quiet at night. The restaurant served delicious breakfasts and local food. I must name Alexander and Ana Maria from the front desk and Marcia from housekeeping, they went above and beyond what was expected. I apologize to many others at the front desk and also in the restaurant, for not remembering their names. ...

„Tolle und weitläufige Hotelanlage, sehr gutes Essen - reichhaltig und vielfältig. Toller Strand, ausreichende Liegen und zuvorkommendes Personal haben uns einen tollen Urlaub beschert. Sehr zu empfehlen. Nachteil: da der Urlaub über dieses Portal gebucht wurde, war der Transfer vom Flughafen bis zum Hotel nicht inklusive :-(“

„Overall l, was a good stay at the property for my family and I. Some of the pros include the beautiful grounds, the pool and the awesome staff for breakfast and dinner! A few of the cons are that in our room the bathroom area was overrun with ants. The bed wasn’t all that comfy either, and on additional “nit” is that the front desk only allowed for two towels for our room…which was super inconvenient traveling with my spouse and 3 kids. I’m a consultant and have lived in hotels for a good chunk ...

For sure a recommended place to stay if you want to be close to the city key touristic points, or if you will go up to Pichincha summit “

„Best place to stay if you have a car and if you like a quiet spot. Right in the mountains with a great views of the Tungurahua volcano, very close to the "casa del arbol " which is an unbeatable spot for the view of the volcano. Rooms are more like small bungalows , very spacious with very comfortable beds. We absolutely loved our stay there. “
