Sehr gute Wahl für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Siena. Saubere und geräumige Zimmer mit moderner Ausstattung. Die Altstadt von Siena ist zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

Gute lage aber fast kein wasserdruck in der dusche, verstopfter abfluss in dieser und nicht überall sauber geputzt waren schon in besseren nh‘s. Aber grundsätzlich ok zum übernachten. Dafür freundliches personal!

Very nice and helpful personal at the reception and in the breakfast room. Very close to the city center, so ideal to leave the car at the hotel and walk down to the center.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Siena. Direkt gegenüber vom Busbahnhof, von aus zum Beispiel stündlich Busse nach Florenz fahren. Ein 4 Sterne Hotel ist es allerdings nicht. Das Hotelzimmer war schon recht abgenutzt. Bis zur ersten Etage gab es kich Marmor Treppe, danach abgeranzter Teppich. Service beim Frühstück, war durch drei Personen besetzt, die das Arbeiten nicht erfunden haben, hätte gerne gewusst was die bei vollem Haus getan hätten. Personen die einen leichten Schlaf haben empfehle nicht am Wochenende dirt hinzureisen, gerade am Wochenende ist in 100 Meter Luftlinie eine Disco die extem laut bis morgend 02:30h Musik spielt.

Top für Siena
Top Hotel um Siena zu erkunden. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und modern ausgestattet( sonst sind die Zimmer in Italien kleiner). Sehr saubere Zimmer und ein super Frühstücksbüffet. Nur über die Strasse und schon ist man in der Altstadt. Auch das Fahrzeug kann man in der Nähe abstellen. Und das Beste sind die grossen und sehr bequemen Betten. Ich würde sofort wieder dort übernachten.

Lage ist sehr zentral. Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Reinigung des Zimmers war schlecht. Es fehlte im Zimmer Ablagen für die Garderobe und wir hatten nur 3 Bügel. Auf Nachfrage wollte man erst m nächsten Tag sehen, ob noch Bügel verfügbar sind.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und vor allem die zentrale Lage. Zu Fuß in kurzer Zeit ist das Stadtzentrum erreichbar. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. Die Parkplatzsituation könne besser sein.

Freundlicher Empfang. Hotelhalle gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Frühstück für internationale Gäste etwas dürftig. Leider war unser Zimmer am zweiten Tag unseres Aufenthaltes gegen 16 Uhr 30 nicht fertig. Wir saßen in der Hotelhalle und bekamen auch kein Getränk angeboten.

Well Situated
The hotel is really well place and have all the access to the old part of the town. You will discover Sienna very easy with this hotel. The only downside it's there is no parking for your car you will need to unload and load in front of the hotel and walk around 10 mins.

Das erste Zimmer hatte einen Wasserschaden im Bad an der Decke, der schon bereits schwarz verschimmelt war. Daraufhin haben sich erst zwei verschiedene Mitarbeiter das Bad angesehen und uns danach ein neues Zimmer angeboten. Dieses war schadfrei und angemessen. Leider funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht, im Zimmer hatte es aber 28 Grad. Die Rezeption teilte uns mit, dass die Klimaanlage funktioniere, aber bereits für den Winter abgeschaltet sei. Das Fenster ließ sich nur 15cm breit öffnen (Sicherheitssperre) und ging direkt zur Straße mit dem zentralen Busbahnhof von Siena (deutlicher Lärm bis 2 / 3 Uhr nachts, morgens Straßenreinigung). Da die Außentemparaturen trotz Oktober noch hoch waren, war das Zimmer auch bei geöffnetem Fenster nicht auf eine Temperatur abzukühlen, bei der man angenehm hätte schlafen können. Wir haben dieses Problem bei der Abreise erneut erwähnt, als man uns fragte, ob wir einen guten Aufenthalt hatten. Die Rezeption ging darauf aber nicht ein, man erklärte nur gleichgültig, dass die Klimaanlage abgeschaltet sei. Dass man bei 28 Grad nicht gut schlafen könne rief nur ein gequältes Lächeln bei der Angestellten hervor. Ich hatte nicht den Eindruck, dass es das Hotel ernsthaft interessiert hat. Daneben wirbt das NH mit FreeWiFi, das aber nur sehr schlecht (instabil) empfangbar ist und extrem langsam. Gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr bekommt man stabiles WLAN mit höherer Bitrate. Gute Geschäftstaktik, aber nicht besonders serviceorientiert!

In few words, this is not a 4 star hotel. 3 at best and not the best one. It was filthy. The property was impressive when we first entered the main foyer and the staff was friendly. However, once we hit the elevator button, conditions were horrible. Holes in the ceilings, and a cigarette smoke smell in the hallway, and our room made our skin crawl. It was beyond filthy and it looked like someone had a major 'fluid problem' that ended up on the floor and walls. Our bathroom smelled profusely of urine. I didn't dare take a shower...

Terrible experiencia si llegas con auto, tienen servicio de estacionamiento pero no te lo ofrecen los recepcionistas y no entiendo porqué, hay un circo de autos afuera ya que los encargados de estacionar no son ni amables, ni organizados. Hay lámparas en la habitación envueltas en cinta de lo viejas que son.
