Die kurze fußläufige Entfernung zum Zentrum Sienas, die sehr gute und leise Klimaanlage, die Sauberkeit, die Freundlichkeit und Schnelligkeit des Personals und natürlich, die wunderschöne Aussichtsterasse morgens mit einem sehr guten Frühstück zu genießen. Bravo !

Tolles Hotel in Altstadt-Nähe
Das Hotel ist nur wenige Minuten von der Porta Romana entfernt und ist trotz der Lage an einer viel befahrenen Straße sehr ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sind sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Terrasse bietet einen tollen Blick ins Grüne, man kommt sich eher vor wie auf dem Land als in der Stadt, wirklich super! Das Parken war in einem abgeschlossenen Bereich gegen Gebühr möglich. Das Frühstück konnte auf der Terrasse eingenommen werden und bot genügend Auswahl. Wirklich ein klasse Hotel für einen Ausflug nach Siena, sehr zu empfehlen!

Tolle Lage, gute Parkmöglichkeit, gutes Zimmer
Kurz und knapp: Gute Lage zu Siena, gute & überwachte Parkmöglichkeit gegen Gebühr, Straßenlärm stört nur wenig, Zimmer sauber. Pluspunkte: - Freundliche Begrüßung, - Parken im Hof möglich - Zimmer sauber und groß genug, - Bad zweckmäßig, sauber und alles da, was man braucht. - 15 Minuten zu Fuß und man ist direkt in der Altstadt von Siena, - gutes Frühstück. Minuspunkte: - Man muss beim Parken auf dem Hof den Autoschlüssel abgeben, falls der Wagen im Weg steht, - Straße morgens zu hören, aber an sich sind die Fenster gut isoliert.

Super Familiäres angenehmes Hotel mit TOP Lage.
Wir waren 10 Tage im Hotel untergebracht. Die Lage um zu Fuß in die Stadt zu kommen ist super. Das komplette Personal incl. Zimmer Reinigungs Frau muss man loben bzw. möchten wir ein großes Kompliment aussprechen. Die Möglichkeit im Freien zu Frühstücken haben wir sehr gerne genutzt. Preis Leisstung absolut OK. Einfach gesagt! "Klein, Fein aber OHO!!" Grüße aus Austria

Front desk staff was helpful and spoke Fluent English. There is a bus stop close by, but I just walked the old stone streets. They have a nice garden overlooking the nearby hills. Breakfast was well prepared, and the staff preparing they accommodated me.

Bon emplacement près des remparts et pas loin du centre à pied. Accueil professionnel et charmant. Ce qui est regrettable est d'avoir eu une chambre donnant sur la rue, rue très passante avec bruit de la circulation et pollution. L'hôtel n'était sans doute pas plein fin novembre et c'est donc dommage que le personnel n'attribue pas en priorité les chambres donnant sur le jardin.

Wonderful Hotel, great service, great location
Hotel Santa Caterina was wonderful, rooms a bit small, but comfortable. The view of the Tuscan hillside from their garden balcony (where we had breakfast) was especially beautiful. The only flaw was their window shutters did not let in enough light, offering no view, and leaving the room very dark all the tme!!

First impressions worth miles and hours of flights
Upon my arrival I realized I didn’t need to worry about any misunderstanding or looking up how to say my words in Italian, the receptionists “spoke” the courteous smile language, that genuine smile that says more than words and any person willing to go above and beyond have. Only stayed for one day, but surely will come back and stay here longer.

This hotel placed near the city center. It takes 30 minutes to get to Campo Square. Breakfast was a little unique .. not buffet for free self pick up but served by the staff. Any they were kind and nice.

The staff at this facility were very professional, friendly and attentive. The breakfast is great and the service excellent even if you do not speak Italian. If you rent a car, which we did, they have gated parking in the back of the hotel. (Note: there is a small fee for this but well worth it, because finding parking in Tuscany in general can be like finding the holy grail. A word of advise, if you’ve never driven in Italy, don’t; rely on public transportation🤔😂. It’s a nice walk to the entrance of historical Sienna, where we always felt safe even during the night hours. The room might be a little small compared to American standards, but the view out the window and old wood gave the atmosphere we were looking for. Note: our room had a loft with the sleeping quarters on the upper level, the steps were steep; it was not a problem for us but if you have small children or a disability you might want to ask about it. If you need to know anything as the concierge, they are available 24 hours a day and even helped us order pizza for delivery to the hotel on the last night we were there. There is also a small tax you have to pay that is not included in the booking rate, but believe this is true throughout Italy. Overall a great experience and would stay there again.

Muy buen hotel.
Muy bonito el hotel. Cerca de la puerta Romana para entrar al centro de Siena. Cómodo, rico el desayuno una terraza jardín muy agradable para desayunar o descansar en la tarde. Lo mejor de todo es el trato del personal, todos son muy pero muy amables hacen la estancia muy cálida, sin duda me alojaría en este hotel otra vez.

A wonderful hotel!
The unique property with it's beautiful garden is a treed oasis. It has views into the countryside and is the perfect spot for breakfast. The location is perfect. Just outside the gate of the old city. Staff were so friendly and helpful. What a wonderful place to stay!
