"This was the worst experience ever ! So bad that it seemed like a joke !! The hotel is not just old but neglected, from the elevator and the restaurant and the pool area till the rooms. The clean is very poorly, the room was full of ants, and on the top of that they gave us a different room with two small bed so we had to sleep in different beds in our honeymoon. Also, the facilities they offer are not available : the ski bar is out of service, the restaurant works until 3:00pm and the room service is only available until this time. Forget to have a dinner or a snack after you come from a long day in Siem reap ! Even funnier, when we wanted to watch tv to chill out we found out that the control remote was not in the room and we asked for one they said they didn’t have because they were all broken !! Moreover, the staff is not well prepared : we checked out at 3:30 am to catch a taxi to go to Tailandia (we informed the manager from the moment we arrive) and they put someone on the front desk who was sleeping at the moment we came down (also the night shift guardian was sleeping covering his head to not be disturbed)!and who didn’t even know how to use the card terminal. Furthermore we found out that our taxi was waiting for us at our previous hotel and we asked the guy to call the hotel to let them know where we were and he only pretended to call but did nothing, then we said that the hotel phones didn’t work and we almost lost our taxi which was already paid. "

"Standard Zimmer mit Aussicht auf eine Wand, Frühstück sehr gut,ruhig, Essen im Restaurant ist auch gut, leider sind Massagen etwas teuer, über 15€ in der Stadt 5€, Zuwenig Pool Liegen,wenn man nachmittags kommt ist alles belegt "

"Wir wurden nach vorheriger Absprache vom Concierge vom Flughafen abgeholt und zum Hotel gebracht. Der Service im Hotel war sehr aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sehr schön und ruhig. Die Speisenauswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Wir haben das Spa genutzt und konnten eine wunderbare Ganzkörpermassage genießen. Die Poolanlage war sehr gepflegt und wenig frequentiert, so dass man in Ruhe entspannen konnte. Insgesamt war es ein perfekter Urlaub. Das Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen. "
