Super Hotel, sehr zentral aber ruhig!
Super Zimmer in einem kleinen, feinen Hotel mit einem gigantischen Pool im Zimmer. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ganz ruhig. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Freundlichkeit selbst für Asien außergewöhnlich
Das Hotel hat uns kostenlos vom Airport abgeholt. Es liegt in einer Seitenstraße in direkter Nähe zum Nachtmarkt und zu zahlreichen Restaurants. Das Essen im Hotel selbst ist sehr gut und landestypisch. Das Frühstück ist á la carte. Gewählt werden kann zwischen Continental es und einheimischen Frühstück in verschiedensten Variationen. Das Zimmer sollte die Bedürfnisse eines jeden erfüllen. Das Bett war fest, zwei verschiedene Kopfkissen, aircondition so einstellbar, dass man damit schlafen konnte (also ohne Lärmpegel und Schnupfen). Die sanitären Anlagen erfüllen auch die Anforderungen empfindlicher Reisender. Es gibt eine schöne dachterasse und einen kleinen sauberen Pool.. Minibar und die üblichen Waschartikel etc. waren vorhanden. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Gleich nebenan gibt es noch zwei günstige, saubere und seriöse Massagesalons.

Teuer aber sehr schön und bemüht
Die jungen Leute sind überaus freundlich, höflich und geben ihr Bestes. Saubere Zimmer und ein gepflegter Pool stehen im starken Kontrast zu umliegenden Umgebung. Sehr teuer im Verhältnis. Aber recht schön.

Loved the suite very spacious with huge bed and lovely views from the large balcony. We enjoyed the pool too, it’s compact but we had it to ourselves every time we used and it was lovely and relaxing. Staff are excellent especially Mr Doeng. And also Vin was fantastic and very helpful. (Also night receptionist was great) excellent spot in Siem Reap away from the noise but short walk to everything. great stay.

Very very good value for money
This hotel was perfect. We booked on a budget as we only stayed 1 night in Siem Riep but we were surprised at how good this hotel was. Very comfortable and a great bathroom. Staff were fantastic and the breakfast was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for longer stays as well.

good stay. no elevator available so good luck with heavy luggages. room was great and clean and spacious. but at night the ac was too noisy and some other mechanical equipment (no idea was it the below floor ac or what) was cutting in and cutting out that we could hear clearly. so didnt had a good sleep for two nights...

施設は綺麗でオシャレ。トイレの便座の掃除がされてなかった点だけ気になったので評価4です。スタッフはとても素敵で親切で、英語もとても上手でした。ホテルのツアーも豊富で、トゥクトゥクの方もとてもいい人で値段も相場くらいで良かった。部屋にマッサージを呼びましたが、これもすごく良くて疲れがすっきり取れました！朝食は6種類くらいから選べ、フレンチトーストやエッグベネディクトを頂きましたが、とても美味しかったです！是非また利用したいと思います！

The Hotel was much smaller than shown on the pictures which must be a rendering since the street in front of the Hotel was full of motorcycles, tuk tuks and barely allowing for safe pedestrian walking. The staff was friendly and the rooms clean if not to count pharaoh ants. We paid for 3 people but each day received only 2 towels, which was annoying in the hot climate, when you need to shower frequently. We were picked up from the airport by a tiny tuk tuk (3 people + 2 large suitcases) so we had to hold everything the entire time not to loose the luggage. For the way back we our own taxi. At the check out we had a discussion about missing sleepers, which should be one way item but were obviously reused multiple times. We found one pair of used, dirty slippers in the room which we immediately put back into the cabinet since they showed they had been used by somebody. It turned out the Hotel was expecting to have two pairs of used sleepers in the room. Luckily we were not forced to pay for another pair we never had. The „spa“ name is exaggerated. There was one room with a bed, no ambience, no music, no nothing. But the massage was good. Overall, if you want to risk your life walking in the streets with no side walks, dodging tuk tuks, motorcycles and cars, there are many restaurants in relative proximity. Had we known all that before, we would have booked a big hotel with real airport pick-up, real restaurant and real spa for the same price.

Fantastic Hotel
I can not fault the hotel itself as it was exactly as was advertised! We were delighted with our room! The pickup service from the airport was easy to organise and identify when we arrived in Siem Reap. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from Pub Street and the surrounding markets, which was ideal for us. The only negative from our point of view was the breakfast, where we were told to pick from a choice of egg which would be accompanied with sausage, bacon etc. As my partner is allergic to egg we asked if we could just have the accompaniments, however we could not get this across to the waiter and ended up with toast. Granted communication should be better from both sides but that was our only fault. Other than, the hotel is a great place to stay and I would highly recommend the Landmark Suite Room With Pool View

Nice hotel with big bedroom and quiet environment.
I stay 5 days in the hotel. Nice staff and large bedroom. Hotel's location is near downtown but it's very quiet. Breakfast is not bad, however, the variety is not enough. Bathroom is very large, however, the drainage design is not well and the floor is easy to get wet. It is a little slipped after take a shower. On the whole, it is a nice hotel. If I come to Siem Reap again, I may consider this hotel.

truly hiding boutique
There is a nice roof top to view the old market, it's easy to access to downtown. I had a good rest all day long, free from the stress. The bar which is adjacent to the hotel is good to have a meal, you can drink local beer with an easy mind with having a conversation with waiters.

Cozy bed and spacious room yet my friend found a big COCKROACH at first night of stay. Quiet room except chicken clucking from dawn to morning. Fair sound insulation, sound from upstairs could be heard clearly. Nice staff with acceptable English. A range of European and Asian breakfast can be chosen. Free tuk tuk transfer from airport, we got 2 tuk tuk when we came but only 1 for 4 people when we left. 10min walking distance to pub street, 2 supermarkets nearby with <5min walking.

Wonderful big new rooms in a modest 3* Siem Reap!
It is a small 5 storey hotel w/ no elevators. Rooms are big, upscale. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is set not really worth having at the hotel. Hotel is quite near the Night market & Pub street -that is perhaps its redeeming value. Staff is great. Everyone is like family.

Very nice room in ok condition. I'd have easily given 5 stars except their car booking service is EXTREMELY SHADY... We were charged for both the Waterfall ($80) and Small loop ($40) because we stopped at Angkor Wat on the way back from the waterfall. If they'd charged a few extra $ I would have understood, but the full price and no warning is just dumb. And the desk guy was super unfriendly and had no explanation for why, just that we stopped at a small loop item so we had to pay for it. The guide and car were great and overall our trip was fine, but I hate shady service and unfair billing so sadly cannot recommend the hotel.

Best staff in perfect hotel.
The staff is the most kind and caring Ive had the pleasure of meeting in any of my trips. The building is perfectly kept, the rooms pristinely clean. They provide every kind of service you might need during your stay, or will find a way to do so. The airport pickup in tuktuk was a comfortable and fun experience. We kept our driver, Mr. Pei (no idea how to write his name properly) for our Angkor Wat tours (best choice, the only comfortable way and worth every dollar) The area around the hotel offers local restaurants I absolutly recommend, laundry services, drinks, and is a very short walk away from the night market. There is a big supermarket closeby too perfectly supplied with everything you might need and more, and open 24 hours. The hotel breakfast is perfect too. Didnt have time to try the pool but saw others guests doing so and enjoying it. We loved Cambodia and a big part of it was choosing the right hotel. This was just perfect.

A hidden nugget
We had a fantastic three nights stay at the Rei Angkor. It is a small boutique hotel located in a quiet street and only 10 mins walk to the Night Market and the Pub Street. The highlight of our stay was the warm hospitality of the staff. We felt welcome from the moment the hotel tuk-tuk driver received us at the Siem Reap airport. At the hotel, the manager Mr Phannsophea leads a team of highly courteous staff who are forever smiling and forever willing to help. We had booked a deluxe twin and found the room to be spacious, well furnished and tastefully decorated. For cleanliness we rate it 10/10. All amenities like toiletries, safe, minibar, etc were provided, the wifi signal was good. The only minus point was that the room had no windows. The complimentary breakfast was a la carte, sumptuous and tasty. We also dined twice in the restaurant and have only compliments for the chef. My wife highly recommends the hotel spa. The hotel also met our local tour requirements; the service was courteous, timely, safe and reliable with no hidden charges. Being a budget conscious traveler, I did compare the cost of hotel services with the market price and found that the hotel charges a few dollars more; however, it provided better quality, safety and reliability. Hence we opted for services from the hotel instead of fishing for a bargain in the market, a small price to pay for a worry free holiday and the added convenience. Everything about this hotel was great. Our room was very nice and comfortable with great amenities. Food at the restarting was delicious and the staff were incredibly nice, polite and helpful. One of the Best Hotels I've Ever Stayed At
One of the best hotels I've ever stayed that. The room itself was great - very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was close (walking distance) to the city center, which included the night market and Pub Street. They offered free breakfast (generous portions!) and upon our departure provided us with breakfast boxes to go. They also helped us schedule multiple activities during our stay. Above all, the people that worked here were the highlight of our experience. They would greet us with smiles and cold towels and drinks whenever we returned from our daily activity. They were some of the nicest people I've met and genuinely cared about us during our stay. It was the best customer service I've ever received at a hotel and I stay there again without hesitation.

Clean and convenient. Friendly and helpful staff
Great value for money! The hotel manager picked us up from our last hotel with warm welcome and she upgraded our room. The hotel was small but clean and new. It was near the night market which was convenient. We love our stay there. The manager gave us Cambodian scarfs when we left. We could definitely feel their hospitality!

Great Value
This hotel was great value for the money. Beautiful pool area and facilities (room was huge and had a really large tub) and the free breakfast was really good quality. The hotel staff was very helpful and organized our airport pickup and a trip to Angkor Wat. The hotel is a couple blocks off the main road and is walking distance (or a $1-2 tuk tuk) to Pub Street where you can find most restaurants/bars. If you want a really relaxing experience with staff who are eager to help at a reasonable cost than this is a good choice.

staffs are friendly and helpful
the hotel is near the night market. It only takes 10 mins walking to the night market. the hotel is small but it is clean and comfortable. the staffs are very nice and helpful . The room is big and the bathing tub is very big. I like it very much. The breakfast is delicious . I love this hotel except its swimming pool. It`s too small and the water is not clean enough for swimming.

Het Rei Angkor hotel is een klein en sfeervol hotel. Veel aandacht voor details en vooral gastvrijheid. De kamers zijn groot, schoon, netjes met een verzorgde en moderne badkamer. Gratis water en koffie/thee faciliteiten op de kamer. Ontbijt menukeuze (meerdere Aziatische en westerse keuzes). Klein zwembad naast de ingang. Gratis tuktuk service vanaf de luchthaven. Excursies kunnen via het hotel geregeld worden.

staffs are nice & helpful
the hotel is good except the swimming pool . It is too small and the water is not very clean. The staffs are very nice and helpful. They helped us to call the tuk tuk going to the airport only charge US$5 . We asked them a lot of things they were patient and answered in detail. the staffs always keep a smile on their face. it is not far to walk to night market.I will recommend it to all of you.

welcoming environment and pleasant staff
Enjoyed our 3 night stay at Rei Angkor. Polite and helpful staff coupled with a very comfortable, clean and spacious room...The staff speaks English well and are very friendly and professional. Personally, a draw back was that the hot water pressure wasn't too great but the cold water was superb, bathroom facilities were good.. Beds are comfortable. Nice cool air conditioning and fast internet. Keep in mind that there are no elevators so being on the first floor is nice, especially after walking around Angkor all day... :). didn't really try much of their food except for breakfast. Nice strong coffee. Their drinks were good and has a selection from wines to liquors and fruit juices and shakes. After a day out I recommend a fruit shake by the pool to cool off and relax.

“Amazing hotel with outstanding customer service”
Entering this hotel from the inner city dusty street was an amazing surprise The hotel is beautifully laid out and the rooms are spacious and cool and very comfortable. The service provided by all the staff was the best we have ever experienced including our stays in many 5 star hotels. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent, The spa was a relaxing relief after a day of walking around the temples, the pool is beautiful and the staff are so welcoming and helpful. All this for a very reasonable price. The hotel is very well placed in the city centre to be convenient to explore the city but once inside this oasis you are unaware of the bustle outside in the street I would totally recommend this hotel everyone who have a plan to visit Siem Reap ,Angkor Wat Cambodia.

Wonderful Staff and Best Location
This time is not first time in siem reap , Cambodia but this's a first in Rei Angkor Boutique Hotel this small hotel but so big rooms lovely pool and beautiful restaurant . when we arrive at hotel lobby all staffs coming to welcome us. General Manager also coming to say welcome and given name card for warm feel and wish our stay . We are lucky that we get 20% discount of massage . we really enjoy massage and dinner at pool with khmer foods ( Amok fish ,Curry Chicken ) so good wonderful time for our trip. Thank you Simet /Kosal you are so kind help full and full of smile . i really recommend for all of you in trip to siemreap .

“Would to stay there again”
Everything at this hotel is perfect. The staff were fabulous and the owner has great vision, has built a wonderful hotel with an eye for detail and she supports the local community. The rooms are spacious, spotless and tastefully decorated. The hotel food was fantastic, such that we only ate there. The pool is well looked after and so refreshing especially after our trip to Angkor wat which the hotel organised and even sent us off with a packed breakfast . We felt part of the hotel family by the end of our stay and were sad to leave , thanks to Manager and her team for a great stay
