Very nice hotel in a perfect location
The hotel is located in a perfect location, quiet but still in walking distance to pubstreet and the city center. We enjoyed our stay very much and would book again.

Das Golden Banana Boutique Resort Hotel ist ein kleines geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel, das ich jederzeit wieder buchen w�rde. Es liegt in einer kleinen Seitenstra�e und ist ruhig gelegen. Der kleine Pool l�dt zum Entspannen ein. Das Hotel liegt zentral in der N�he vom alten Markt. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Der Service war erstklassig.

Staff were kind and friendly. The restaurant was open air under the roof and comfortable in the dry season. Breakfast was not buffet, but had a lot of variety to choose. Hotel’s tuktuks were around, convenient and also we felt easy not worrying about the price or the destination because the reception told the driver everything.

The staff alone.......
I can highly recommend Rambutan Resort. The staff alone could get this place 5 stars. Tha Seyla and every body else do an excellent job, it was a privilege to get to know you all. You create a very nice and comfortable atmosphere. Tip them well. Efficient check in/out and transport to and from the airport. Even though it's in the middle of the city, it is still very quiet and calm. I enjoyed it a lot. Breakfast is delicious, plentiful and varied. I didn't see any salt water crocodiles though, may be it was not the season.

Perfect Stay in Siem Reap
This hotel was very beautiful. Walking in felt like a movie. Was a wonderful location in the city. Very walkable to various drinking spots and very close to Pub street. Located really close to many restaurants and convenience stores that we could quickly walk to. I would recommend this stay again. They were also very manageable with a change in our reservation. Food and drink service within the hotel was very accommodating. They are also connected to a spring roll restaurant which was really delicious and perfect for a after-excursion meal. The pool was really relaxing as well.

Overall a very pleasant stay. The room itself had a lot of damage, paint marks on the lamps, cabinets broken, stains on the carpet but it was very clean. Check in was a bit messy. They tried to do it twice and charge me twice but it was sorted out in the end. Breakfast was great.

Relaxing retreat
Our stay at Rambutan was excellent, the room with the bathtub on the balcony was super cute. Great water pressure in the shower, ac was cold and comfortable bedding. The service was impeccable, everyone was super friendly and they were able to arrange a great tour guide. Breakfast was lovely, i would recommend the noodles!! Walking to the market and pub street was easy and quick.

Siem Reap - high class, low price
This is a fabulous boutique hotel with attentive service and a very relaxing vibe. The rooms are well designed and comfortable. All amenities are provided and with thought to the environment - there is almost no plastic waste. The food was always fresh and fast - delivery to your room costs no more than eating in the café - and the nominal service charge directly benefits the staff.

C’est sûrement l’un des meilleurs hôtels dans lequel nous sommes restés. L’accueil, le lieu, le personnel.. tout est parfait ! Nous y nous sentons comme à la maison, tellement que nous avons prolongé notre séjour à Siem Reap. Le personnel est très gentil, très accueillant, et très dévoué. 2019/9 に数日宿泊しました。 スタッフが皆んな笑顔で丁寧に接してくれ、とても親切でした。オーナーらしき欧米人の方がおられて、設備や植木の確認を常にされており、スタッフとも笑顔で接しておられました。 オーナーの教育・指導がしっかりとされているのと共に、皆楽しんで仕事している様に感じました。 ホテルの雰囲気も最高で、室内もアジアに来た！っていうデザインがとても素敵でした。 朝食は選択性で選べる様になっててとても美味しかったです。 ホテルの場所もパブストリートから徒歩3〜5分位で、行くルートも分かりやすく、深夜でもそこそこ人がいたので、治安も良く感じました。 価格も安く、雰囲気も最高で是非おすすめします！

Can't speak for other hotels in the area but this place is great. The front desk guys were super friendly and helpful with whatever I needed. The room was clean and the staff on top on the details and anything you needed. Breakfast was good and service was great. Honestly, couldn't have really asked for more. Location is great and short walk to Pub street and anywhere you need to go. Book with confidence.

Short weekend from Saigon with a visiting friend. Lovely place with very warm and helpful staff. Small yet comfortable and very eco conscience which I was impressed with. One item of feedback - oils replace the plastic water bottles in the room with the reusable ones. However overall very nice stay well within walking distance of the center of Siem Reap.

Excellent stay at Rambutan
Loved my stay at the Rambutan! Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. It was very close to the main areas but in a quiet location. The pool area was very nice and relaxing and I loved the happy hour drinks! Especially the martinis. Would stay here again for sure!

The property is small, with only 19 rooms and so you get very personal, caring attention. The property is an oasis in the middle of crazy Siem Reap. The food is excellent, the rooms are delightful and quirky and the discreet outside bath a fun addition. The pool is perfect! In fact the hotel is amazing.... Don't tell anyone!
