Das Paradies auf Erden
Wir hatten das Glück für 4Tage im Jaya House wohnen zu dürfen. Hier wird das Wort Service neu definiert. Christian und seine Mitarbeiter erfüllen dir jeden Wunsch bevor man ihn hat. Ein Hotel kann man nicht besser führen. Jeder, der nach Siem Raep kommt sollte hier einkehren. Danke für eure Gestfreundschaft, wir kommen wieder

Traumhaftes Boutique-Hotel in ruhiger Lage
Das Hotel besticht mit der außerordentlichen Herzlichkeit seiner fleißigen Mitarbeiter, der überdurchschnittlichen Sauberkeit sowie einer besonders gemütlichen Atmosphäre. Das Jaya House ist ein kleines Paradies inmitten von Siem Reap, aber doch etwas außerhalb gelegen um auch ein wenig Ruhe am wunderschönen Pool genießen zu können. Das umfangreiche Service inkludiert ein Tuk Tuk Service rund um die Uhr sowie ein Handy um den Rücktransport zum Hotel rufen zu können, außerdem ein exzellentes Wäscheservice - und das alles kostenfrei. Das Hotelmanagement befindet sich in äußert erfahrenen Händen. Umweltbewusstsein und Nachhaltigkeit wird hier groß geschrieben. Danke für diesen einzigartigen Aufenthalt! Kambodscha und das Jaya House wird uns in ganz besonderer Erinnerung bleiben.

We had an exceptional stay at Jaya House. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. The hotel may be a bit pricier than other hotels, but the experience more than makes up for it! They picked us up from the airport with a cool towel and fresh fruit. They offered a complementary massage each day of our stay. They are doing their part to protect the environment, giving us reusable water bottles for our stay and planting trees in the community. They provided a free tuk tuk into the city center (a short ride) and picked us up when we wanted to come home. The space was pristine, the pool was lovely, and we enjoyed the spa and rooftop cafe - complete with a singer on the weekends!

The Jaya House hotel is such a peaceful Zen like hotel. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and there are such interesting pieces of art in every nook & cranny. I also loved that the hotel is very into the environment and treats their staff like family. Wonderful place to stay.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but our stay at Jaya House was outstanding. Beautiful, serene, attentive and extremely friendly staff and so many extras (best shower ever!)…check in with a glass of wine, complimentary airport pick up, daily massage, tuk tuk, laundry etc. Cambodia was fascinating but extremely hot. Returning to Jaya was like finding an oasis after exploring temples. Thank you Christian and entire staff.

This was by far the nicest hotel we ever stayed in. The staff thinks of everything you can need and more and provides it to you. Badass Boutique Hotel! Jaya House is the perfect combination of the best B&B you’ve ever stayed at, and a small, ultra-luxury hotel. We chose Jaya due to the abundance of positive reviews. First, I’ll establish credibility: We’re extremely discerning and difficult to please…Having stayed in some of the finest hotels on the planet and consistently seeking perfection, we'd consider ourselves ‘travel snobs’. Now to our experience......Our eyebrows were raised during the complimentary airport pickup. A driver and an English-speaking tour guide whisked us away in a new, oversized comfortable van, and offered us water, cold towels and fresh fruit for the ride. Check in was perfect. A glass of our favorite, a personal debriefing, and our luggage waiting in our room. The room itself was immaculate with an included minibar and every attention to detail you can imagine. We stayed in a plunge pool suite. Christian, Chris and the entire team ensure every need and want is taken care of. From arranging private Temple tours to dinner reservations, they have your back. You're given a pre-programmed cell phone at check-in to continuously communicate with the staff while exploring Siem Reap. The hotel tuk-tuks are complimentary, and their friendly drivers will happily pick up and drop off all day until 10:00PM. You indeed feel safe and at home. You're treated like family, just as the previous reviews indicate. This place rocks! You won't be dissapointed.

This is honestly one of the most fantastic boutique hotels we have ever stayed at. The service is next level - they have truly thought of everything from having complimentary tuk-tuks to take you into town or to the temple complex, wonderful breakfasts and food, to even cool towels and bug spray every time you arrive or leave. We could not have been more happy with our 5 day stay at Jaya House and thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing complimentary daily massages and the exemplary service by all of the staff members. They even helped make us a delicious take-away breakfast at 4:30 am and had steaming hot coffee / fresh croissants for us to enjoy at the sunrise over Angkor Wat. The staff also provided fantastic recommendations for all of our dinners and on our free day, listed out a number of local shops, art galleries, and places to try around the Siem Reap city center. One of the most unique features is that they give you a small cell phone so any time you need a pickup from a temple or restaurant or somewhere around time, you just call and a complimentary tuktuk will come pick you up. We felt so safe and cared for. Thank you Jaya House... we can't wait to come back!!!

Amazing late check in by the Managing Director, Christian who organised complimentary Vegetarian Club Sandwiches and drinks. The airport transfers both ways was seamlessly organised. The complimentary laundry service, mini bar service, tuk tuk service, daily 30min massage service per guest were incredible and most welcome. The complimentary tuk tuk city tour was a joy and very informative. The private Angkor Wat and other temple tours were well organised with a very knowledgeable tour guide and a pleasant driver in a luxurious car. Well done Jaya House!

This boutique is 5 star in every respect…. From our initial greeting at the airport to helpful managers and staff to invigorating temple cycling tour and history background with Sinat and superb trip to Tonle Sep with Rathi to the nightly massages at the spa to the lotus folding lesson with the florist and excellent meals at the restaurant, we felt pampered and appreciated! Both pools are soothing and the hotel’s ambiance and personal products are a cut above anything else we encountered in Vietnam or Laos. Excellent value and worth every single cent (all charges were paid for in USD).

All around amazing experience
I've stayed in a lot of hotels around the world - big and small. The Jaya House was one of the best experiences I've had. If you enjoy the intimacy of a boutique hotel, then this is your place. The customer service goes above and beyond. My room was upgraded. I was always greeted with a smile from everyone working. They provide airport pick up and drop off. There is even a mobile phone provided so that you can call for pick ups in town while you are out. The spa services are also included with your stay. I had two massages that were excellent. The breakfast buffet is also included and far exceeded my expectations. Most importantly, the service was amazing! Every single employee provided the very best service. My only wish is that I had scheduled more time in Siem Reap, and especially at the Jaya House. I will come back and I highly recommend staying here.

Our stay was outstanding in every way. The service was incredible and all of the little details make every moment feel special. There are so many added bonuses that were a delight and we felt like VIPs. We were blown away and hope to stay again very soon!

Best hotel in Siem Reap
Great relaxing stay. Special mention to the Staff, who are always attentive and smiling! The food is also very nice, especially the fresh spring rolls.

In all my days traveling the world, working for the travel and hotel sector, I never came across the level of service that you receive at Jaya. From your name being remembered and mentioned at every interaction to your dietary preferences and choices being noticed and planned for accordingly to the smiles and anticipation of needs and I can go on and on. This property is outstanding and you will love every second spent in there. I guarantee it!

It's a well run and very pretty property with 2 swimming pools and a lots of plants around. Their restaurant is nicely decorated (Cambodian style). Their breakfast is delicious. Not only they have an impressive menu (things range from Asian to Western breakfast items) but they bake their own pastries and bread which are to die for. I've tried some of their dinner items, cocktails, and wine which were very good too. Rooms are clean, spacious, and nicely decorated, their mattress is super comfortable. They make their own organic skin and hair products. They provide a fruit bowl which they refill daily. They do laundry (free of charge and super fast too!). Their staff is hard working and super welcoming to guests. They really go above and beyond. I can highly recommend staying at this place if you're in Siem Reap.

amazing place
Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Fabulous breakfast, free massage and laundry a day. They can arrange everything for you from the sightseeing to the transfers and restaurant bookings. Would go back immediately.
