Why? Because all of the hotel respect Tour Guides who are one of the major inputs of our Tourism Destination. We do confirm that we a local 5-star hotel in Siem Reap never reject Tour Guides to inter/sit/wait the guest in the lobby, and we even offer them a glass of cold water to chill them too. Evidence: You can read all the online reviews of our hotel if there is any negative review talking badly about our hotel with this kind of disrespectful behavior. It like ridiculous for us to know this was a true word from your Tour Guide. What if your Tour experience with a small-normal hotel that taking less care with Tour Guide and your Tour Guide just practice that way to our hotel as well as other 3-5 star hotel in the destination? Is it possible?There are several reasons more of Tour Guide experience this unhappiness.
