Perfekt
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. Unser Bungalow war sehr schön, groß, hatte ein sehr gemütliches Bett und tolles Bad - rundum ein perfekter Rückzugsort. Alles war sehr sauber, die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag neu gemacht. Die Anlage ist sehr hübsch, grün und der Pool war größer als wir erwartet hatten. Perfekt, um sich zu erfrischen nach einem langen Tag in der Tempelanlage. Auch das Essen, Frühstück wie Abendessen hat uns gefallen. Was uns aber wirklich begeistert hat, war der Service. Das Team war einfach wunderbar, aufmerksam, herzlich - einfach total liebenswert. Nach jeder Rückkehr wurden wir mit Erfrischungshandtüchern und Getränken begrüßt. Zum Abschied durften wir noch ein kleines Geschenk. Wir können einen Aufenthalt hier uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es war toll!

We loved to stay at Angkor Heart Bungalow, with its outstanding friendly and always helpful staff. The Bungalow had very quiet aircondition, spacious bathroom (with bathtub😉), fridge, two nearby swimming pools... and in case we needed something there was always someone to ask. Angkor Heart Bungalow lies a bit remote (opposite Phare Circus), but offers free Tuc-tuc transport into town. Only issue is that unfortunately the Hotel is situated close to Siem Reap ring road, what made it sometimes a bit noisy - but no matter, during the day you probably will be exploring temples anyway. Highly recommended!

Best small bungalows
Wonderful and laid-back bungalows in quiet garden setting with pool. Manager and staff were very helpful, kind and attentive. Kids and adults enjoyed pool. They offered us special Christmas meal and farewell gift. Out of the busy tourist district yet easy to get around SR.

The staff were very accommodating and catered to our every needs. There were always water and fruit juices after we returned from our day trips. The concierge and manager even provided us with a farewell cake and a platter of fresh fruits and tea before our departure. In addition, they allowed us to check out later than the checked out time as our flight wasn’t till a later time - very nice of them!! The food at Angkor Heart is delicious and well made! And the massages are great! I greatly recommend this hotel!

An amazing service of an amazing kind staff at a very laidback bungalow park. Breakfast is being served at the balcony of your own bungalow and every time we came back from a trip, they brought us cold juices. We felt very special!

The staff here were wonderful, and they made us feel very welcome bringing us refreshments throughout the day. The pool was great and the bungalows were adequate. However I will say that if you have motion sickness or if you are a light sleeper you might reconsider. The slight swaying of the bungalows made me feel quite sick and the noise at night can also get quite loud as its on a fairly big intersection. If you are a budget traveller and those things dont bother you, then this is a great spot with very nice staff and a good pool to relax in.

Stedet ligger i udkanten af Siem Reap og holder en høj standard for service i hyggelige omgivelser. Medarbejderne står på spring for at give gæsterne en god oplevelse, hytterne er hyggelige, maden er glimrende - og så er der de små ting som god wi-fi, gratis afhentning i lufthavnen, gratis transport til byen, hjælp til transport til udflugter, servering af isafkølede kokosnødder ved poolen osv. Vi nød i den grad vores ophold hos Angkor Heart Bungalow.

Very relaxed, always extremely friendly. staff very helpful with transport and tour organisation. Lovely breakfast and food service - delicious. Always ready with a welcoming cool drink upon our return. The kids loved the pool. Good Wifi and airconditioning in the extremely hot weather. An oasis! A couple of km out of town, so lovely and quiet. The free transfer into town in the evening is a lovely touch. To top it of the wonderful Phare circus is just over the road. Lovely!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is gorgeous. Bungalows are all in front of a swimming pool with nice view, are plenty of space with a porch in front where you can have your breakfast or dinner. Some of the bungalow near the road can be a little noisy early morning. Highly recommended.

Overall this hotel was wonderful. The facilities were beautiful, the bungalows were spacious and clean and the restaurant offers delicious food. However, it was really the staff that made this hotel stand out. It is the most exceptional customer service I have experienced staying anywhere. What a fantastic stay we had at Angkor heart bungalow, from the moment we arrived everything was perfect for us, the staff we’re all extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs, the food was lovely and the fresh breakfast delivered to our veranda each morning was superb and the staff provided a honeymoon day cake for us.Next time we are in Cambodia we will return to Angkor heart bungalows.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The staff is friendly, the bungalows are kept very clean and detailed, the food is delicious and the overall experience in this place is just amazing. We got there on a rainy day and the staff welcomed and walked us to our bungalow with umbrellas and did check-in very quick, five minutes later we had a welcome drink and croissant served on our balcony. My husband and I enjoyed every minute spent in this amazing place.

Oasis away from Pub street.
The staff went above and beyond to make our stay magical for our anniversary. We have never been anywhere where everyone is so friendly, accomadating and eager to please. There is a circus next door which we were warned about so would recommend to either be out of the hotel or bring some sound prof headphones! The hotel is also situated in between two ringroads and you can feel th odd vibration from large lorries! However, we were in such awe with the place this did not negatively effect our trip. You can get a free tuk tuk from 17:00-21:00 to pub street, which is where all the restaurants and bars are. You are close enough to get there with ease, but not too close of that isn’t your thing. We aren’t big drinkers and ate at the hotel a few nights and it was as lovely as traveling further out.

A very nice stay in Siem Reap
We have stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and we have had a very pleasant stay there. The staff was so friendly and helpful, especially the driver, Sky, who is an English-speaking driver (highly recommended)! We enjoyed wonderful breakfast and dinner there, the food was way better than the restaurant outside!! If you go to Siem Reap, Angkor Heart Bungalow is definitely the best choice of hotel for you!

Cada vez que chegávamos no hotel a funcionária levava uma água de coco. Super queridos! Amamos a hospedagem! O espaço dos bangalôs é ótimo! Para uma viagem em família, casal ou sozinho! Uma observação bacana é que o hotel fica na frente do Phare Circus, circo do Camboja. E Ainda tivemos desconto no ingresso por estar hospedados lá! Vale muito a pena!!!

I enjoyed my time very much. Clean beddings, spacious room. Free afternoon fruits. I loved the pool. Friendly staff. One huge set back I found was the noise level. I believe the hotel is locating next to some sort of a performance theater or club or whatever. But I would hear loud noise and vibration from basses until just about late night to go to bed. Thank goodness the noise did stop and didn’t go on until midnight.

Fantastic hospitality and atmosphere
This is a fabulous venue as a base while exploring temples and Siem Reap. Staff spoilt us with fabulous food and generous spirits. Refreshing coconut drinks just appeared whenever you felt that you were about to melt from the heat plus tasty snacks to give you some energy. My son was treated to a beautiful birthday cake and celebration. This thrilled me because finding a cake in a foreign country had been a bit beyond me. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere made it a haven to return to after exploring the temples and surrounds. Evening dining by the pool was fabulous and to top it all off we were given a gift each as we left.

Amazing stay!
This was out first time in Siem Reap and we definitely chose the right place to stay! We were picked up free of charge from the airport and taken straight to our bungalow. There is no check in hassle, they give you a form to fill out in your own time (in the comfort of your air conditioned bungalow). Moments after we had entered our accommodation we were brought fresh fruit, juice and croissants, which were delicious. When we decided to relax around the pool on the second day we were brought cold, fresh coconuts and when the coconuts weren't cold, ice cream. All this is complimentary. As for the accommodation it is of very good standard. The bathroom is large and relatively new with a bathtub that was actually long enough for me. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning is very effective. We ate breakfast on the second day besides the pool. We chose the Chinese style breakfast which was very good alongside a very good ice coffee and fruit juice (they also offer 'American' and continental style breakfast). On the third day we went to Angkor Wat for the sunrise and upon learning of our plans the staff said our breakfast would be packed take away style for our early departure (which was waiting for us at 0450 in our Tuk tuk). Overall we would definitely stay here again, if not just to experience the wonderful interpersonal service and hospitality. Downside: the bungalows are situated next to a relatively busy road, but we never had any trouble sleeping.
