Die Umgebung ist ruhig und traumhaft, das Village, langgestreckt mit engen Sträßchen, hat einen schönen alten Dorfpub und einen Village Store. „We stayed at Wisteria Cottage for 6 days in April 2024 and can only recommend this cottage: it was very clean and all the necessary things for daily use are available. The location in Topsham is great as you can walk to many restaurants and pubs. The cottage is right on the High Street but we didn't find the traffic disturbing. In short, we would come back at any time.“

„Lovely holiday home in a tranquil setting, away from the crowds. We always felt happy to return here after a day out. The animals added extra interest and Claire was very responsive to our requests. Our favourite trip was Buddleigh Salterton, for swimming and shopping, only 25 mins away. The tramilne from Colyton to Seaton was also excellent, with a wonderful wetlands stop en route.“

„dirty utensils,cups,eating bowls, freezer leaking water and mildew growing inside. dirty sheet with dirt on and stains. both bed had springs coming through, one bed had a large dip in the middle, damp place, radiator controls had been taken off so it could not be adjusted. car parking was dangerous not wide enough to get in and out bust road, even though we asked hostes if the parking was wide enough for our car, they said it was. the stairs did not have a banister to go safely up and down ...

„Overall we enjoyed our stay but there was a few things that took the edge off a perfect break. The shower in the en-suite bedroom leaked through the kitchen ceiling so we couldn’t use it which meant that nine of us had to use the one other shower! The French door/window in the lounge was difficult to open & close and the rain came in at the bottom right side and the carpet got wet and we couldn’t open the bi fold doors in the dining area. The cutlery wasn’t very clean so we had to wash it all ...
