„Staying here has been the worst experience, forget other aspects, staff is not only incompetent but crooks as well. We booked classic room which was confirmed and when we reached the property, they claimed they are all booked and issue was with website. „The Hotel has impressive service. During our stay in Mangalore, there was a curfew imposed in the city. All restaurants and transport options were shut down. However, the hotel went out of it’s way to help customers. The Hotel owner personally dropped guests to nearest railway station in his car as no taxis or rental cars were willing to ply. The hotel has earned my loyalty for life when I visit Mangalore.“
