„Great house great location, very clean and great beds!!“

„We had a lovely stay. The house is lovely, the bathroom is newly renovated which is lovely however the bath tub plug didn’t work and the bathroom floor constantly held water which became slippery and slimy. The grass out the back was abit to long but over all it was a lovely stay. Wolfgang is one of the best hosts iv had the pleasuring in dealing with! Thankyou “

„Just as the listing describes, a great river retreat which was fun for the whole family. The kids spent the weekend using the stand up paddle board on the river, as well as fishing and a bit of swimming. The house is set up really well. We also discovered lovely kid friendly beach areas within a ten minute drive. We’ll be back!“

„Toilet is listed as semi-detached but is in reality outside, as is the 4th bedroom, although it does share a wall with the house. You need to leave the house to access both. In the middle of winter it was freezing. You can access the toilet from the front door through the carport and this is under cover. However, from the back of the house it is completely in the open to access the toilet and the back door of the house. We were all over 60 and needing the toilet in the middle of the night to ...

„Enjoyed lovely clean accommodation with beautiful garden & waterfront views to Curleys Bay. Convenient location which allowed us to stay and enjoy the ambience of the bay & their breathtaking sunsets, walk to Culburra Beach & visit the cute local cafes. We even took some kayaks for a paddle on the bay which were conveniently offered by the friendly hosts. The hosts were extremely attentive & welcoming during our stay. Would stay again.“

„It was absolutely perfect. The cottage has everything you need - it’s really right on the beach. You can walk to the beach via a small path in the garden or along the road (past the surf club). Both ways are less than 3 minutes. On the terrace you can see the sunrise over the sea every morning. „We had little time to meet between work contracts and time zones, so we collided at Syd airport, hired a car and headed to Cosy Cottage. We had a wonderful time. Thank you. Please update your TV instructions and access to WiFi. We lived without but it did make remote working difficult. It’s absolutbeautiful nearby and the walks are lovely.“

„It made no difference to us but I think if you had a aged person in your party or someone who was disabled they would find it very hard to negotiate the stairs for bathing or bedrooms as this is all up on the upper level of the house it needs to be advertised accordingly“

Great things: Beautiful property - a grand home with a homely feel. Well designed and flows well throughout. Walking in had so many wow moments.
