„Bathroom toilet seat was badly designed. The seat is so much smaller than the toilet bowl and makes it really bad design and unhygienic for a lady. Very unfortunate“

„They did a bait-and-switch with the rooms and did not get me the room that I had ordered and laid for. Instead I got a terrible room behind the stage if the wedding hall, which was clearly only for staff, Room C4. „As always, one of the best hotels in Bengaluru“

„Wifi was not working, and the reason business people book is to work, and if wifi itself is not working what is the use of booking? and bathroom knob was damaged and we couldn't lock the bathroom while using“

„I Enjoyed stay. Cofee shop is just opposite to this hotel.“

„So good“

„This hotel is the best I have stayed with in Bangalore, offering affordable luxury with really good food. After several bad experiences in other Indian hotels, Leroy resorted my faith in Indian hotel chains, as Leroy Grand is definitely equal to the more expensive US chains like Marriott and Hilton.“

„Clean Room and Helpful Staff“

„Security is bad . There is nobody to check who enters and leaves the property . I had loss of valuables . Did not want to go through the hassles of involving police and etc“

„Friendly staff. Clean. Good room and bathroom. Stable and good wifi.“
