„The location of this apartment is great, lovely view of the river from the balcony The verification process was a little troublesome but was sorted in time for our arrival although I had to call from the airport to hurry the process along The carpet was covered in stains, a little off putting, it looked like it needed a really good clean, there was also a musty smell when we arrived,other than than the apartment was clean, the furniture is a little old and worn but worked well for our needs “

„When we got there fridge wouldnot close because of so much ice...not defosted. Toilet leaked. Hand rail fell off wall. No towels in one room. I had to get onto air trip to organise for repairs. Had to take photos and send.. all the repairs took half our stay to complete. I had to defrost fridge In our room The staff at oaks helped us with towels even though it was not their responsibility. Plus I was not happy booking through stayz and then a 3rd party appeared. Wont be booking withstayz again.“

„Had everything i needed for comfort while staying in Mackay for work. Cleanliness could be improved. But overall good, would definitely stay again. The lock box needs to be replaced - difficult to get into. TV needs to be bigger. Firmer pools needed. Good sized apartment for 1 person or a couple. Washing machine and dryer great. “

„Communication very difficult with Airtrip rep. Mobile ph number which isn't answered and txts messages not responded to. A $500.00 hold on CC required and not told until checking in. To be released five days post departure is too long. Very limited pots, cutlery and crockery. Dishwasher not cleaning properly. Good washing machine. Only one dining chair when photo showed 4...not easy when two guests checked in for 5 days...Kitchen light broken on arrival and reported with no acknowledgement. “

„Unfortunately we were not impressed with our stay in the unit. The state of the apartment was quite poor - Room smelt of mould / musky for the last 5 days we had to go purchase room air fresheners to help combat this. The carpet felt like it had been flooded previously & overall the unit did not feel clean or hygienic. On arrival key after key collection the key did not work on the room door, however opened the room next to it? I tried contacting Airtrip twice using the contact number supplied ...
