Really enjoyed our stay here, the breakfast buffet is additional but delicious and convenient when most places don’t open until 11am. Quick walk to Senso-ji temple and street food stalls. Ichiran and Don Quijote and Uniqlo nearby! The only complaint is that it is not next to a train line that can be a little walk.

Beautiful view of the Tokyo Tower, walkable to so many places, shrines, and multiple subway stations. Amazing food served with the hotel breakfast every morning, and incredible dessert shops. The Stellar Lounge at night is the most beautiful view from a bar I have ever seen in my life. And the bonus of having a Lawson's in the hotel was *chefs kiss*!

We stayed at both the Garden Tower and The Main while we were in Tokyo over 8 days and the New Otani was INCREDIBLE. No notes. The rooms are beautiful, cozy, and have beautiful views of the property.
The staff is wonderfully attentive and beyond helpful.
This is a must stay place if you are visiting Tokyo.
