„Amazing staff very friendly staff and clean and great location“

„I’m from another country and recently planned a trip to Guangzhou, China. I chose Rezen Premier Hotel. Its name sounds culturally rich and makes me feel comfortable. Back in my home country, hotels with names like this always thrive and enjoy good fortune, so I wanted to share in this good luck too. The front desk staff offer wonderful service and answer all my questions patiently. The hotel is conveniently located near metro and bus stops, plus there are direct shuttle buses to Hong Kong and ...

„The Manager Not only spoke excellent English but He Personally ensured that my friends and I were very comfortable and had everything that we needed. He honoured even personal requests. Breakfast is the same everyday but it’s delicious. The place is quiet and very neat.“

„Location is excellent, staffs were super helpful, the room we stayed was clean - we had a pleasant stay.“

„Yes“

„写真とまったくちがいます！高層ビルの写真と全く違う！2階だてのビジネスホテル！全く日が当たらない部屋 シャワーは弱く湯のでも悪い スタッフはいい人でした“

„There was no airport shuttle“

„This is a very clean and pleasant hotel. I greatly appreciated the fact that the room was cleaned and the towels changed every day. I also appreciated the laundry service. The staff are genuinely friendly, but the language barrier—particularly regarding English—makes communication difficult. The Wi-Fi connection, however, is very poor.

„The room was spotless and incredibly well thought out — automated curtains, TV, and even a smart toilet. Housekeeping was meticulous, and the complimentary toiletries were clean and complete, which made me feel truly comfortable and at ease. The hotel is newly opened and very clean, with a laundry room and fitness equipment available. It was quiet at night, and the room itself was spotless. I really appreciated the complimentary afternoon snacks, the late-night noodles at 9 PM, and the solid ...

„The room is very comfortable. The bedding was superb. The staff very nice and helpful. It is located in a shopping center which is very convenient for eating. Many options of restaurants. The only complaint was the internet, a little slow. And if you are a light sleeper you will need some earplugs. Other than that, I absolutely recommend this hotel.“
