„This house is absolutely beautiful and close to the beach. It has everything you need plus more, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, baby gate at the bottom of the steps and basic necessities if you didn’t make it to the store on the way. „Beautifully furnished immaculate home with easy beach access. Centrally located near stores and restaurants. Loved the decks and deck furniture - fun evening on the deck feeling like we were “ in the trees.” A lot of love went into this place. Lots of nice “extras”: a keurig with coffee pods, tea bags and tea kettle, books and games , beach towels to name a few. Although there is no beach view, you still feel like you are on the beach. Highly recommended!“

„We had a great time at the Ocean Views Cottage. Everything was very clean, my husband loved the bike.From a european perspective, I like to recommend to the owners to have some laundry detergent available, as well as maybe basic seasonings like salt and pepper, maybe oil. Otherwise it was a great stop during our road trip.“

„The property is in a great location close to the beach, stores, restaurants, etc., 2 minutes walk to the beach on the ocean side, 20 min drive to the soundside beach. 40 min drive to the nature preserve with the wild horses. Very clean. The house itself needs a little TLC, but this did not affect our stay at all. “

„If I could give this place 6 stars I would. Charming and very clean. We liked the old obx atmosphere - with a nice update. Great location with ocean views. The pool was refreshing with ample chairs. There’s a crow’s nest with pergola. Screened in porch on cottage 11 was spacious enough to have dinner outside and still have room to hang towels. The property was well kept. „We have been to this property several times and have thoroughly enjoyed every visit! The location and amenities offered are just as described. We had no rain so enjoyed sunny days at the beach, sitting poolside, and cooling off in the pool.
