We were told that electricity is out but the 'aquarium' placed at the counter was ON ALONG WITH THE LIGHTS IN THE ALLEY so basically they are just DECEIVING the customers that electricity is not available while they had DELIBERATELY switched it OFF.

Complimentary daily breakfast and breakfast dishes were delicious. There is a restaurant at the top of the building. They provided the menu in each room, which you simply phone to order dishes. „We family of four stayed for 3 days and it was really much enjoying experience as rooms were neat clean and spacious. Service was excellent. Morning breakfast was having adequate varities . They arranged for us separate space in another room since hall was full. Dinner buffet option available wirh good menu at reasonable cost. Overall nice experience and surely will visit again. “

There is no hot water here and the water is incredibly dirty, I fell sick the next day and was sick for my entire trip after this horrible hotel. Absolute garbage in every way, which is consistent with all Polo Tower properties.
