"Overall, we had a good experience at this hotel. The location is excellent and very central, and the facilities were good. The staff were also extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They really made an effort, and we appreciated that very much. Unfortunately, the housekeeping was not good. The room was clean when we arrived, but during our stay there was practically no proper room cleaning. Although daily cleaning was mentioned when we booked, the staff mainly emptied the rubbish and replaced the bathroom amenities. The room itself was not properly cleaned. This was definitely the biggest negative point of our stay and something the hotel should improve. Apart from the housekeeping, everything was fine. For a short stay of two or three days, I would still recommend this hotel, and we would consider staying there again. The hotel itself is very good, the location is excellent, and the staff are wonderful. With better housekeeping, the overall experience could be excellent."

"Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch! Fünf Minuten jeweils bis zum Haupt-Einkaufszentrum und zum Ausgeh-Viertel. Auch nach Gion kann man einfach laufen. Der Kaffee in der Lobby war nicht so lecker aber sonst alles super."

"The hotel has a great atmosphere, a really relaxing design and interior with tatami and low level bed and chairs. The onsen was great after a long day of exploring Kyoto and there are a lot of free things like coffee, noodle soup, massage chair.. The breakfast was delicious too. I would definitely come again."

"Sehr gute Lage (Bahnhof 2min., Shoppingcenter gegenüber) , Zimmer sind klein aber mit allem ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. Waschmaschinen sind vorhanden und sehr gut ausgelastet. Gym ist durchschnittlich und Geräte sind sehr übersicherlich vorhanden."

"Ein schönes geräumiges mit Bad und separaten Toilette.Das Bad ist mit einer Regendusche und Holzbadewanne mit Gartenblick ausgestattet.Auch das Zimmer hat eine Glasfront mit Garten. Säuberung des Zimmers ist jeden Tag."
