„Overall great time. Lovely home, very spacious. Hot tub worked, access to river was easy. Fire pit is huge. Enough chairs for everybody, and we had a group of 12. Found clean but definitely needs a deep cleaning, the ceiling, under beds and couches, bathroom extractors and the washing machine smelled of mold. Maybe an update of AC units, we did feel hot during the day.Will vrbo in the future with this property. “

„This property was one of the best we have stayed at. It was everything we needed, the bedroom and bathroom luxurious. The kitchen area was the perfect size, stocked with a choice of coffees, teas and snacks. It’s perfectly located to go to the many wineries, restaurants and shopping in the area, It is an easy drive into Charlottesville. Our hostess was great, texting to check if we needed anything. I highly recommend a stay here.“

„We had a great stay at this cabin! Host was responsive and gave many ideas of what to do. The cabin was cozy and it was a perfect stay! A must see is the caverns about 20-30 min away. We drove a Subaru Outback suv and had no problem with the road going up to the cabin, if it snows it can be slippery and icy going down, drive very slow. Overall 5 star stay! Thanks “

„Absolutely stunning house. When we arrived there was fresh flowers in most of the rooms as well as complimentary snickerdoodles. The owners thought about absolutely everything including Epsom salts for the clawfoot bathtub or makeup wipes and toothbrushes that one might forget when traveling. "My stay at the hotel was okay overall. The room looked clean at first glance, but there was a very unpleasant, musty smell that reminded me of mold. Although the room appeared tidy, the odor made the stay uncomfortable. The hallway floors were also quite dirty, which left a poor impression. On a positive note, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They really tried to make the stay better. Unfortunately, the pool was closed during my visit, which was disappointing. Overall, it was an average experience: friendly staff but issues with cleanliness and maintenance. "
