We hadn't been back for couple of years and were coming back to our homfetown of over 40 years before retirement, to attend a wedding of our good friends' son. The wedding was formal, tuxedos, back dresses, the whole thing.We traveld over 200 miles and got into town the day before the wedding. Needles to say, we were very disappointed when we started to get ready for the wedding the next day to discover that we had no hot water in the ...

„The condo was clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were also comfortable. We were able to make a meal in the nice kitchen which had all the plates, utensils and pans needed. It DID NOT smell like cigarettes smoke or mildew like some hotel or other places do. I would stay here again if we come to Chico.“

„Great location for a family reunion. Lots of space to gather together, but nice to have the cabins as personal space. We had a great time, cooked in every night, hiked and boated during the day. Kitchen facilities are very nice although we had some trouble getting the ovens to work but suspect that was operator error. The host was very responsive to all our communications and quickly got back to us about any questions we had. Beautiful location, would happily come back here!“

„Well, it did not feel like a resort. It was mostly like a trailer park with tents, cabins and trailers. I think the property needs to have a landscaping consultant to evaluate and redesign it to feel more like a resort. Also hard to find entrance off Hwy44 at night as the sign is faded and without any lighting.“

„My partner and I stayed in this great unit for Alumni weekend. Kitchen has all you need. Bathroom is great. Bed is lower than normal for me, my 50 year old alumni body made do! My partner played in the Alumni lacrosse game - easy drive and location to everything you could imagine fun in Chico. Great alleyway parking area.Well lit at night which I loved. Great drapes. AC worked wonderfully. The stay was super pleasant and quiet at night. Decor inside is pleasant, modern with some 70 cool vibes. ...

"Die Fenster waren nicht dicht. Es war sehr laut. Die Handtücher etwas angegraut und schmutzig. Beim Versuch deine warme Dusche zu nehmen hatte man die Duscharmatur in der Hand und mußte kalt duschen. Wir haben dies an der Rezeption bemängelt und die Duscharmatur vorgelegt. Dies fand die Dame lustig. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung. Beim Frühstück, das auch kein Highlight war, war jeder Toast einzeln in zwei Folien eingepackt !!! Ein Hinweis, daß das Waschbecken nicht im Badezimmer ist, wäre hilfreich. Das war auf den Bildern für uns nicht zu erkennen. Insgesamt war es zu teuer. "
