Food had bugs inside off it, ants crawling around the bread, watermelon was bad , and rotten.
When I came I discovered the bed comfort didn’t get changed, it had blood stains in it, I asked the housekeeper about changing the bed comfort, he told me we don’t change it, we just keep it neat for the guest. In my entire stay for 15 days bed comfort did not get changed.
Internet access it is a joke, it is no internet provider at all for us , we were told we have to pay for it, when I did my reservation It mentioned free Wi Fi, so it’s a scheme .
Transport access it was not available at all as it stated in the description I had to walk for all my meals , snacks and drinks about 1mile back and forth.
For the beach I had to walk 2 miles back and forth. I had horrible stay at that hotel I was scheme 100% .
Plus the staff treated my family horrible, because we are American. Everything is advertising online about this hotel is fake, I have proof of pictures. The reason made me reserve this hotel is because the aqua park, when I arrived in the hotel they stated is broken.
The construction of the hotel stairs was unsafe to walk on it, it was no light provided by the stairs off our property, it was unsafe for us to walk around and see what was happening, we could fall and break our legs.
