Ein Hotel mit einem sehr engagiertem Personal
Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Wer im Moment allerdings den "Zirkus" und die "Show" Sharm el Sheikh erleben will, ist fehl am Platz. Wer aber Entspannung in ruhiger Atmosphäre sucht ist hier gold richtig. Ein überaus freundliches und engagiertes Personal macht das Parkinn zu etwas Besonderem. Man liest den Gästen wirklich jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab.

Wonderful Vacation
in fact, it was a wonderful vacation, the hotel was very nice and most of the staff were helpfully and funny, the pools were clean and the aqua was wonderful. the food was good and tasty and variety, many thanks to Mr. Mohamed in the reception, the beach was amazing. the only bad point that the animation team don't have any activities

Fint aqua park men ret slidt
Vi overnattede kun på hotellet og så derfor ikke hele hotellet. Vi boede på Aqua park siden og der var ret langt til stranden. Vandlandet var ret flot, hvis man er til rutsjebane og mange børn. Det vi så af hotellet samt værelset var ret slidt og morgenmaden begrænset. Hotellet var også meget billigt, så man får hvad man har betalt for. Servicen der var helt fin og alle var venlige.

Not recommended hotel
Food is very bad . Rooms are very old . hotel needs full renovation . aqua park is amazing. I lost my short . it has been fall down from room balcony because of wind . I asked all hotel staff . they said they didn't find it & told me maybe another guest took it !!

العاب مائية رائعة ولكن فوضى تعم المكان
الفندق به العاب مائية رائعة واكثر من حوض سباحة بالنسبة من ناحية السباحة والالعاب المائية هو اكثر من رائع ولكن الفندق فوضى جدا ولا يوجد نظام وموظفوا الاستقبال اكثر من فوضى وقعدت 3 ساعات لما استلمت غرفتى بسبب جهل موظف الاستقبال

grazioso ma deludente
la struttura del resort è carina nell'assieme parlo del park inn radisson, camera deludente igienicamente lascaia a desiderare non hanno mai cambiato le lenzuola in 7 giorni, appena arrivato la stanza era piena di zanzare e insetti chiamai in primo momento per cambiare camera, il giorno dopo mi proposero un'altra al 2 piano uguale peggio di quella ssegnatami! senza poi parlare della colazione e cena sempre le stesse cose, (delusione massima). se non fosse stato per l'acqua park sarebbe stato un mortorio! sufficiente! !!! DA STARNE ALLA LARGA !!!!
Il giorno 25 Dicembre arrivo con la mia famiglia ( preciso 2 bambini piccoli) arriviamo al Park Inn by Radisson Sharm El Sheikh Resort e abbiamo trovato una camera completamente sporca ed un ristorante con le condizioni di cibo igienicamente non sopportabili, niente da mangiare per i bambini. Ma sul sito la presentazione era tutt'altro, con immagini accattivanti che ci avevano convinto nella scelta. Da qui parte un problema avevamo già effettuato il pagamento con carta di credito prima di arrivare alla struttura, visto che è obbligatorio. Volevamo andarcene immediatamente e ci hanno fatto aspettare una notte per fare il check-out. Ma cosa peggiore non hanno nemmeno voluto fare il rimborso dei giorni di hotel non usufruiti.

All inclusive £52 for 2 nights
Hotel was good for the price. Not luxurious but good for 2 nights. I don't think I could stay as long as 7 nights as the food was ok but not great (both in quality and selection). The chips on the first night (15 mins before the restaurant closed) were stone cold and the fish was not hot either. However at breakfast the selection was better including pancakes but there was no cheese for the omelettes!! As a positive, I have to say that the staff were very welcoming particularly as we're British and they miss British guests. Mina at reception provided very good service. El Sayed was very helpful and friendly and chef Ahmed Radwan was very kind too. I happened to mention to him on the first morning that I like a particular Egyptian dessert and the same evening I found he had asked the pastry chef to make a portion each for my son and I. In the restaurant Tamer was very polite and my son took a shine to him! The aqua park was very quiet but clean and had the water been warmer my son would have spent longer in the pool. Pool towels weren't great though. Two things I think could be improved: staff should not be allowed to use mobile phones during their shift. I spotted so many of them chatting away but I guess with so few customers they felt they could and should use their time in work to their advantage! Secondly the pizzeria is a great addition to the all inclusive option but the pizza base was rather doughy and the tomato base tasted of anything other than tomato.

This must have been the poorest hotel I have ever stayed in. The room we got was dirty and moist, phone not working, very run down. we complained and received another room. phone was working but the room was still dirty and did not change over the 10 days we stayed, even though we were promised that the room attendant would clean up the room. we took a shower elsewhere. The food in the restaurant was very poor, quality as well as choice. I have never experienced BBQ indoors! smoke everywhere! live pancake cooking good but 1/2 hour for 3 pancakes? Waiter service non existing, too busy playing on the phones. Restaurant cleanliness, non existing! I would not stay again and do not recommend it either. I know times are bad in Sharm at the moment but that does not justify poor cleanliness and service.

Ho soggiornato insieme a mio marito dal 09 al 17 Ottobre presso il Resort Park inn. Devo dire che la struttura è molto bella e grande e lo staff disponibilissimo e gentile (tranne un cameriere che non ha gradito la mancia che gli abbiamo dato e un'incomprensione iniziale perché avevamo prenotato transfer aeroporto hotel e viceversa ma non era venuto nessuno). Ci sono tre piscine , di cui una per bambini, ma in realtà solo una è servita per bene..per via della "poca" affluenza di turismo..l'altra con il bar in piscina purtroppo no. Ma il bagno lo si può comunque fare. Lo stampo dei turisti è maggiormente araba..ci sono donne con il burkini ed altre con i vestiti che si facevano il bagno ma non gli stato detto nulla. Durante la settimana sono arrivati anche molti russi e tedeschi. Il cibo è stato ciò che mi ha deluso di più. Onestamente solo arabo - egiziano..ed ogni giorno pollo e patatine.. di continentale non c'era granché.. inoltre ciò che più non ci è piaciuto è che il cibo veniva riscaldato e rimesso a cena o il giorno dopo nei pasti successivi ! Ed essendo un 4 stelle non si immagina questo.. le stanze sono belle grandi però un pò trascurate..la.pulizia non è eccellente però può andare.. io penso che sia per via della poca affluenza di turismo che si sono lasciati andare..perché le recensioni passate sono tutte ottime ! L'animazione come anche i camerieri dei bar sono divertenti.

Fantastic design but need hard work
In general the resort has a fantastic design and includes every thing you need, great views, big beautiful pools , relaxing SPA ,two dining rooms, in addition to big exciting water park. so the resort need hard work to be kept always in good shape , and we felt that the team that work in the resort are reduced, it needs more workers to keep the rooms clean ,and working hours to be full in the water park. the rooms not very clean, need more maintenance , but has a good air condition, the food is good, good snacks ,but the air condition is poor in the dining rooms , the team are friendly .the lobby is great but also need better air condition. Wi-Fi only available in the lobby sometime near the pool in front of the lobby but unfortunately has poor service.

Overall the service was great. Everyone at the hotel was always trying to make our stay pleasant and were very pleasant. Check in was fast, the rooms we booked were larger than expected. The only downfall I found is my bathtub was not cleaned, I had to request it done, which housekeeping came right away to do. The food was ok, just ok, however we found something we liked everyday. The best thing about the hotel was the waterpark. It is private to only hotel quests so there was never any lineups. The slides were not all working as the hotel was not busy, however the staff were more the accommodating and did their best to rotate e slides at different hours, or upon request to make our group happy. I really appreciated the atmosphere and service the staff provided overall. I will be back.

you have to have alot of energy
The beach was across the street and you have to take a shuttle , the beach is not nice at all , we have 2 small kids that we couldn't go to the beach because it was such a long way in a very hot weather The restaurant is so crowded all the time, especially the first 2 days of my stay The plates for the food was running out all the time and you have to wait almot everytime The glasses for the drinks have the same issue Hotel staff were the best, actually they were the best thing except for one or 2 persons who were unfriendly

It was horrible. The hotel is very old. Most of the furniture was broken & dirty. There is no hygiene at all. Silver, Glass & Chinaware were absolutely filthy, smells & some were chipped. The swimming pools were dirty with rubbish floating around & smells like urine.
