„Guests smoke inside the hotel. Ventilation system isn't the greatest. I smell smoke in the room and the hallway.“

„Everything top“

„Staff and location both was good“

„Hervorragend, sauber, großzügig “

„Our stay at the Thompson Shanghai was generally very comfortable. The room was spacious, modern, and the beds were very comfortable. However, considering the relatively high room rate, we were quite disappointed that breakfast was not included. At this price level, we expected breakfast to be part of the stay, so this was the main downside for us.“

„Great location and club offering. Nice rooms.“

„Good value Hotel. Nice and helpful staff. “

„Hotel is overpriced, a bit dated, old carpet with stains…. Rooms are very small due to the nature of the building. Worst of all was the michelin star restaurant that served a 1000$ meal with undercooked fish and only thing was an apology and free desert to compensate for 3 fishes completely undercooked. Rest of our stay we dined outside and is not worth any michelin star. Breakfast is very nice however.“

„Ok“

„Good location, amenities, thoughtful service. “

„Alles gut. So wie man es erwartet “

„Für europäische Verhältnisse ungewöhnlich, ABER das hotel war voll in Ordnung. Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit, frühstück ok. “

„Had a great stay! New hotel excellent service all round. Near to the new Shanghai Grand Opera House. Gigisel, the young lady at reception is very helpful and professional.“
