Only negative if I'm being harsh was hotel is quite far from city (1hr+) but the primary purpose of my trip was business not leisure so not too much of an issue as it was easily accessible to conference centre. Very modern hotel and our room felt new.
Large nice very comfortable bed.

5 min walking distance to Bund promenade or East Nanjing Road. You can also walk to Yu Garden in like 20 min, but since DiDi is cheap, I recommend DiDi.
You can actually see Yu Yuan from Rooms that face Yu Yuan.
Hotel offers usual Westin comfort with good equipped and spacious rooms, nice bathrooms, good service and the Westin Heavenly Bed, for which I would rate an extra star.

"Naja, für diesen Preis erwarte ich mehr Sauberkeit und einfach etwas besseren Zustand des Hotels. Das Zimmer war zwar gut und relativ sauber aber es fällt einfach auf dass da kein Wert auf die Pflege des Hotels gelegt wird. Das Teppich im Flur war vor vielen so wie auch unserem Zimmer total fleckig. Als ob man da Kaffee oder sonst was gekippt hatte und es aber nie sauber gemacht worden war. Im Zimmer waren Dinge wie Wasserflecken auf die Armaturen und sehr oberflächlich gewischten Zimmer gut sichtbar. Sowas ist einfach schade weil es soviel fürs wohlfühlen ausmacht.
