„Stayed 4 nights. Everything was as advertised, or better. Great communication with hosts. We were in town to visit family and we were able to to pivot to accommodate the need for day visits with my aunt in her newly aquired wheelchair due to a fall VS outings, and the patio worked great for this. Would stay here again.“

„Aptly named - comfy and cozy. Really enjoyed the backyard, eating takeout on a warm summer evening with a light breeze (and surprisingly no bugs!). Less than 5 minutes drive to a main business complex with Walmart, Safeway, and several fast food, take out, and regular restaurants. Costco is only 10 minutes away. The only slight downside was that I had to unload the dishes/silverware/cups from the dishwasher (from previous tenant?). I would rent again if coming to Medford again.“

„This is our second stay at the B.F. Dowell House.... which really tells you everything! It is simply vacation perfection. The house and grounds are simply wonderful. The house is immaculate. The decorations are appropriate the historical era of the home, while also being and beautiful and comfortable. The location could not be better. „We stayed for one night and loved the house. It accommodated our small family and has plenty of room and space. It was very clean. We did not utilize the backyard and outdoor space. It was a little warm when we first got there, but the house quickly cools once you adjust the thermostats and it was comfortable. Great location close to a couple of restaurants within a couple of miles and walking distance to Jasper's. We would stay here again if ever in the area again.“
