„This was the perfect place for our family of five to use while visiting University of the South!! We weren’t able to take advantage of the hot tub or kayaks but we did wander the property and take advantage of the beautiful water views.Make sure to visit the Sunrise Cafe while you are there! Order a plate of cinnamon role pancakes for the table!! Delicious.“

„Loved this stay!!“

„Awesome spot! Great location, clean, and everything you need. We will definitely be back. Thank you!“

„This was a great place to stay. The reason for 4 stars was the mats in the bathroom were not cleaned in a while. They had bits of debris in them. It was a nice size house so I expect they were overlooked. I would stay there again.“

„Love staying at this place... stayed a couple of times and never had any issues.“

„Property was exactly as advertised, very clean and well maintained. Easy to locate and had everything you need for a stay. We will be back!“

„Smooth visit just as advertised. Would be 5 stars but some things could use a bit of attention as they are showing their age. Perfect for a visit to the area though.“

„This is going to be my go to spot for all Caverns shows. Comfy, spacious and perfect for my crew of 4. The cafe attached was a nice bonus!“

„We loved it.“

„This is a fantastic place to stay. The property and the treehouse are both amazing. Such a cool place to spend a few days. Very well maintained, and very clean. If I had to pick something to complain about, and even then it wasn't that big of a deal, I wish there were screens in the windows so when the weather is nice, you could leave the windows open and listen to the sounds of the woods. Otherwise my only complaint is that the access code they provided at first didnt work, and the numbers on ...

„We enjoyed our stay in the “treehouse”. It was rustic but the view from the two large windows were amazing. “
