The courtyard at the rear adds a distinctly Sevillian touch thanks to its latticework and ceramic details. It features a small seating area and provides access via stairs to the private roof terrace of approximately 75 m², which is fitted with artificial grass, outdoor furniture and a shower.

The property is self-contained and its outdoor areas are private.
