The downstairs bathroom fan did not work. The floors were dirty. The electric oven did not cycle to maintain a consistent heat and had to be turned on and off to cook our steaks (thankfully we had smart thermometer probes or else cooking with the oven would have been extremely difficult). „Extremely clean property! Beds are very comfortable! Water pressure is great! Hot tub is hot! Heat was great when coming in from a frigid time at The Island. I will say we were a tad disappointed that the listing is shown as entire home when booking and then the description states lower level only. However, the location and comfortability of the property made up for that and was perfect for 4 adults and 2 children! „So grateful to have gotten away and more grateful that we got to bring our dogs with. Easy to find following owners directions. Better to take an all wheel drive vehicle. We took our Dodge 3500 extended cab, had to use 4 wheel drive, but it was expected. Would take our Subaru next time and not just because of this driveway. Cabin was clean, had all the utensils we needed to cook all of our meals, except a can opener (couldnt find it). Plenty spacious for 2 couples if you had extra people come ...

„Overall stay was good. Location is good and place was clean. Host was quick to respond with messages. A few things:1. You have to use a secondary portal for Checkin and things, not a fan. 2. There was no broom to sweep with. 3. The place only has one mini split so keeping the den, bathroom, downstairs bedroom and upstairs loft comfortable was difficult. 4. If you sleep upstairs please note headlights will come through the windows5. Also if you sleep upstairs there is no way to block the windows ...

„My family and I stayed a week to visit the Smokey Moutians, the property was perfect and appeared just like the listing. The drive to the property is not bad as some rentals have very steep moutian roads, this was a nice and easy drive. The best part was the view, it was beautiful to sit out back with coffee/hot chocolate. Kids loved the video games and air hockey table. Cassidy is very resposive and answered any questions we have in a very timely manner. We definitely would stay here again. “
