„Family-Friendly Accommodation We spent a wonderful few weeks in this spacious and lovely holiday flat. It’s a perfect base for exploring the Lake District and the surrounding area. The village itself has two great pubs, and in Carnforth, we were able to find everything we needed for our daily essentials.“

It is clean, well equipped and in a really handy location with the train station close by and a nice couple of wee pubs up the road. the house itself has a modern kitchen and main bathroom as well as another bathroom on the top ( 3rd Floor ). Bedrooms have good space and are clean and well maintained. It is an older terraced property over three floors and with the bedrooms and bathrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor, it might not suit those with mobility issues, ...

„The property has a wonderful garden and great views across the valley. The hot tub was an added bonus which we enjoyed using in the evenings. Being an older home, the downstairs rooms were rather dark, but the bedrooms upstairs had plenty of light and the beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking utensils we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!“

„This was a fantastic cottage with all the mod cons and incredibly clean, lovely beds and towels and biscuits and milk left for us also.We did think there would be a back garden with grass as we had taken our little dog with us but there was'nt. My husband did find a very large field with right of way about 2 mins walk away so little dog loved it so not so much of a problem. “
