âI didnt recieve the key box code in time, was never told that towels and linen needed to be ordered , and the residence has no luggage or ski storage. I would avoid this apartment for ski vacations to Courchevel but the other residences managed by the building seem to be better managed with on site staff. â

âThe apartment had not been cleaned. There was no bedding. We reported this to the number we had and the room got cleaned but there was still no bedding. We went out for dinner and when we returned the bedding was in a bag outside the door so we had to make our own beds at 1 am. Not acceptable. It was also very noisy. Contacted the hotel to see if they would provide a refund but no response. â

âGreat hotel. Unfortunately the hotel and many locations around do not offer any food service before 7:30 pm. If you like to dine early which is better for health you are out of luck. Any many locations are small and do not like walk-ins. In fact they are rather rude about walk-ins. You have to book well in advance. â

âHotel met alles op en aan. Mooi, mooie ruime en goed uitgeruste kamers met groot balkon, mooie wellness, skischool, skiverhuur, skilockers in het complex. Perfecte ligging. Enige klein minpuntje vonden wij het ontbijt. Niet zo heel veel keuze en chocolademelk uit automaat en dus met water. En in de wellness waren 's avonds de handdoeken niet meer aangevuld. En de zeep aan de douches ook niet. Dat zijn echt kleine puntjes die ons verblijf niet hebben verstoord. Grote kans dat wij terugkeren!â
