Cocoonr offers you this charming, cosy, thick-walled, stone-panelled village house (57 m²) in Puylaroque (82), typical of the Quercy region, which can accommodate up to 5 travellers.

It comprises a pleasant and attractive 21 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- 21 m² living room with TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

Second floor:
- Bedroom 2 on the mezzanine: with three single beds and a view of the puylaroquain sky

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, hairdryer and iron.

The house is ideally situated in the village of Puylaroque, with free parking nearby (opposite the town hall or Place de la Citadelle next to the church). All the shops (butcher, delicatessen, grocery shop, bakery, restaurant, pharmacy, etc.) are within walking distance.
