In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit Fokus auf Spa
Hotelanlage ist schön konzipiert. Villen sind aber in die Jahre gekommen und man sieht das Alter in den Räumen und an den Möbeln. Silberfische im Bett. Essen und Frühstück eher auf Quantität als Qualität zielend.

Anlage befindet sich in zentraler Lage; kurze Wege zu Restaurants, Geschäften und Supermarkt. Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen (ca. 15 min.). Wir hatten Villa Deluxe: Pool (ca. 8m * 4m;Tiefe 1,62 m) war super zur Abkühlung; fast ganztägig schattig Küche und Essbereich im Freien; Kühlschrank und -truhe vorhanden Wasser (kalt wie auch warm) kostenlos verfügbar Mücken sind kein Problem. War alles super. Ist weiterzuempfehlen.

Die Anlage ist schön, allerdings sind die strohgedeckten Dächer der Villas nur aufgesetzt bzw. nicht geschlossen, so dass Vögel und Insekten freien Eintritt haben (kein Moskitonetz!)- die Villa ist halbseitig verglast, die Jalousien schliessen leider nicht vollständig, d.h. freier Blick in die anderen und in die eigene Villa bei Nacht - nicht jedermanns Geschmack... Villas sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Lage o.k, Ca. 15-20 Minuten zum Strand. Personal versucht extreme Aufschläge zu verkaufen - sehr, sehr vorsichtig sein - ich habe leider viel Geld dadurch vernichtet (daher auch die schlechte Benotung für die Rezeption - alle anderen Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich) Frühstück ist sehr gut

We had a fantastic stay in one of the Grand Pool Villa's. We loved that Villa Seminyak was set a bit back from the main strip in Seminyak - it meant that it was a bit quieter and less hectic. The staff were always so friendly and helpful as well. The villa itself is well kept despite showing it's age a little, and the massive private pool and outdoor area was so great! The Lagoon Massage Spa is wonderful - the staff are all so attentive and the treatments were amazing. If we were to fault anything, I'd say that the buffet breakfast is a little underwhelming for the price, but it was definately edible. We'll definitely be back for another stay.

Stay Here! No regrets.
This place is amazing. Our villa with pool was beautiful and relaxing. They accomodated our early arrival since there’s a room ready. Breakfast included was great! Hot and cold were served buffet style. There’s a cafe called Three Coins across the street and their food is also great. Carla spa is about 5 mins walk since we like our massages done late before bed. Overall everything was phenomenal and I would stay here again.

We loved our stay. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The Lagoon spa services were so nice too. We would definitely stay again! We were there for a family holiday and stayed in a Royal Villa. It was easy with big bottles of water provided, daily turn down service, room service was good, and staff were ready to help at a moments notice with any request. A note for young families - we Hired a pool fence from a local company due to having a toddler and 8 year old. I didn’t realise when I booked the villas are completely indoor/outdoor living so the kitchen and living area is open air. I’m grateful I had the pool fence or we would have been Confined to a room with our 18mo. I also found it hard to manage the (understandably) tiled floor as it became incredibly slippery after the kids went in the pool or when rain came through the open wall. Depending on age of kids I’d probably consider that highly in your decision making. Having said that, it was also such a lovely part of the Villa stay, because the rooms were air conditioned for comfort overnight but you could really feel like you were in Bali in the living areas. It was much easier to supervise the kids in the pool too as the adults sat in the living area, toddy ran around on the grass, and big kids could all be in the pool whenever they liked. I spent a lot of time at friends villas - executive suites. Very similar set up. Just a gorgeous stay and we would definitely return.

I have been trying to stay at this location since I found it on a picture years ago. Once you are in the estate, it is very quiet and peaceful. You are walking distance from the beach, shops, local cuisine, massage spas, restaurants, and mini marts. Don't want to walk, they have a shuttle that can drop you off almost anywhere. The staff was incredibly nice and polite. My bag was very heavy, but they were determined to carry it haha. They all remembered my name and greeted me every time I was out of my room. The free breakfast was definitely a highlight, and a lot of good options. They mixed it up everyday as well. Didn't get to try the room service, but seemed to have a good variety as well. The highlight for me was the POOL!. It was so amazing to just open a door in your room and jump straight into the pool. The pool has a ledge to sit on right outside of your room. Yet once you get into it, it was a good depth for swimming. Room was spacious and could definitely accommodate two people. Bathroom was spacious. Shower had good pressure, and good temp control. Some cons to mention. I stayed in Lagoon villa and overall happy with my stay but the rooms need a little TLC. The doors for the pool felt a little flimsy, and unsure if they were actually closed/locked. I didn't feel unsafe. Some parts of the trim looked patched, but not finished. Minor issue. The bed also was a bit hard for my taste. Possible mattress investment would be good.

Villa Seminyak Estates - review
Had a fantastic stay here, the rooms are very comfortable and spacious, they’re cleaned every day to a high standard as well as 2 large bottles of complimentary water - also sprayed every evening to prevent mosquitos. The buffet breakfast is also good, lots of choice and different selection everyday, a good mix of Indonesian & Western food so you can try a bit of everything. They also allowed me to take a tray of food away one of the days. We ate some evening meals at the restaurant also, all meals were nice but nothing outstanding. The service from all staff is impeccable, everyone who works there were really welcoming, friendly and super helpful. Also the security team are really kind too.

Great location central behind the Main Street of Seminiyak, but still you feel it’s not noisy nor busy. Breakfast super nice many fresh options for all family members, however the restaurant was too hot - more air conditioning would not be a bad thing. The pool in the villa was too hot water was not cooled down to match the hot weather. However villa was beautiful, staff was nice and welcoming always smiling ready to lend you and hand or just make your stay fantastic

The staff at Villa Seminyak are excellent! They are very friendly and helpful, regularly checking in that everything is comfortable and going well. There is a large buffet breakfast, plenty of variety to choose from, although the coffee is ordinary. The location is convenient, especially if you duck out the back, taking the laneways to Bintang supermarket.

very friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was excellently laid out - beautiful gardens. Superb food. Loved shuttle buggies.

La situation de l hôtel est parfaite et le personnel adorable ! La villa est spacieuse et offre une piscine assez grande sans vis à vis... L endroit idéal pour passer quelques jours en famille, au calme et à deux pas des commerces et restaurants ! 2ème fois que nous venons et nous reviendrons c est certain Le seul bémol : il faudrait peut être que la navette aille jusqu à la plage - 15bonnes minutes à poeds-comme d autres hôtels le proposent

Los muebles viejos y rotos, cama con bultos habitación sucia incluso con telarañas que tuve que decir dos veces que vinieran a limpiarla, un concierto en el pub que estaba pegado a la habitación no permitía dormir por las noches, te cobran el café de máquina aparte en el desayuno, desayuno por cierto muy pobre para lo que pagas y el estado del hotel en definitiva un desastre de hotel. Para no volver nunnnnca con la gran oferta que hay.

Great, great!
Great spot, great villas. We stayed for 8 nights first in the Grand Delux villa, and when we came back from Bali we decided to come back again and stayed in the Royal Pool villas. Dody also provided great service!

Nothing short of wonderful!
Amazing staff who went above and beyond to make sure that we felt at home during our stay! The lagoon pool was an added bonus to wake up to every morning while staying in one of the lagoon view rooms. The breakfast was also fantastic. My wife and I shall definitely be returning here in the near future!

Nice place to stay and walking distance to main Street and the beach. Staff were helpful and breakfast was nice. However, we stayed in a two bedroom villas (#428) only one room was properly cleaned the other bathroom was not cleaned (#429). Overall good property to stay with its location make it very convenient.
