The lodge consists of a large open plan living, kitchen and dining space, a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower and 2 bedrooms.
The kitchen area is well equipped for a guest to cook a basic meal, with all the electrical appliances you should need including a dishwasher, oven and hob, kettle and toaster. Following on from the kitchen dining table with seating for 4 guests. Offering the option to dine in, or dine out at one of the delicious local restaurants.

The living space provides a comfortable sofa overlooking the Smart Tv and an electric fire.

Heading into the bathroom, you will find a WC and a Bath with an overhead shower.

The first bedroom offers a double bed and the second bedroom offers 2 single beds. Each bedroom has clothes storage space and hotel quality bed linen and towels are provided for your stay.

The stunning outside area offers a spacious decked area, overlooking the lake. With outdoor dining space for 4 and a luxury 4 seater hot tub.

The lodge park itself offers a peaceful and scenic setting to base your stay. The surrounding area offers a number of delicious restaurants, along side being just a 15 minute drive away from York’s Designer Shopping outlet and just a 25 minute drive away from the historic City of York.

The lodge comes equipped with free WIFI for the duration of your stay.
Highchairs, Travel Cots and Ironing Facilities can be provided upon request.
Smoking is permitted on the decking area.
