„We lived in a cute nice house that was unfortunately opposite the schoolbus depot and on the ME - 140. There was heavy trafic on the road from 6 am to 9 pm , because it was on the federal highway. Access was quite easy thanks to a numerical code. Apart from the noise from the street, we really iked the house and the surrounding aera.“

„We spent 2 nights at this little slice of heaven for my mother’s 70th birthday . We had a small group of us stay the 2 nights and some extra friends/ family visit one of the days to celebrate . Even with rainy weather we had such a great time! The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves , including an array of games! The property was beautiful and easy to find . We found a lovely coffee shop in downtown Fryeburg that had delicious coffee , bagels, and pastries . Would highly recommend! ...

„Sean and Danni were very attentive hosts. They contacting us before our stay and offered helpful information as well as checked in with us after we arrived. We appreciated their care. The property was just what we needed/wanted. Open living in the shared areas, and privacy in the sleeping areas. „We had a lovely stay in the A-Frame! It was such a an easy drive to nearby hikes and North Conway. The house was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a campfire, a movie, and the Sonos speakers. We wished we had stayed longer, and will definitely be back!“

„This rental worked perfectly for section hiking the AT while my husband worked. It was spacious and clean with a full kitchen and great bathroom. The king bed was very comfortable. It’s on a busy street but we travel with our white noise machine so that was not a problem. Loved the decor “

„The house was immaculate, well appointed, even some essentials in case you forgot anything which was perfect since 2 members forgot toothbrushes! Every you need is there and with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths it was easy for everyone to get ready and out to the slopes which were so close! Perfect... will stay again next ski season! „From the moment we pulled up and realized the spot was ours, we were awestruck!….we had our 85lbs Boxer, Max with us in tow and it immediately felt like home, the house is well appointed with everything you would need for a stay, along with the view! The view from all but 2 windows is amazing, and there are a lot of windows! Loved our stay, we canoed, kayak’d and grilled…we loved everything minute of this location…even fished for smallies and had a few real nips….great property and super ...

„I’m not sure where to even start with this review. All I can say is “what a view” every morning we woke up to the beauty of Thomas Pond. Every night we went to bed under a sky full of stars. The home is a perfect lakeside retreat. Comfortable for our family of 3 and 2 more guests in the guest house. We could have all stayed in the main home but the separate homes was perfect for our situation. Fishing, paddle boarding and kayaking off of the pier every day was so much fun. „Loved staying here. Peaceful and beautiful right on the lake. House was well appointed. The tap water isn’t drinkable but there was plenty of bottled water provided. Enjoyed several outings in the kayaks to watch the Osprey and the Loons. We also ran on the Mt Pisgah trail several times. “
