„Excellent experience in rural Nakuru. This hotel has a retreat feel from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding area. Wonderful and respectful staff. Excellent dinning options with good variety of local cuisine and fresh fruits + vegetables. Entire meal has a farm to table feel to it. Clean rooms though the shower hotel hot water regulation can be a bit finicky. Fantastic experience all round.“

„The Manager Liz was brilliant. Sammy a member of their staff was simply great. The hotel has a lovely swimming pool and beautiful gardens. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food variety is basic but cooked well and hygienic. We had a great time and they really looked after us. We can only say a big thank you and we look forward to staying with you again.“

„The hotel did not recognize the reservation through Hotels.com. We were told this hotel does not do business with you. We spend quite a bit of time to clarify the matter. Finally, the manager looked in his computer system and found my name under a reservation made by Expedia. This was obviously a flaw in their system or ignorance of the front desk staff. “

„Great stay, staff made me feel exuberant, and at relaxing.. catering to all my needs, wants and desire. Politely prepare my meal and ask did I need anything else. Greeting in the establishment was on going. House maids made sure room was thoroughly clean. Very nice clean swimming pool. Management spoke to me is everything okay! Would definitely tell my friends visiting to choose this Hotel. “

„The peopeety is new So the rooms are very clean However, there are some basic rhings they need to make sure they prepare. Rooms have no floor rugs, Do not Disturb signs and the shower curtains in.the bathroom are too short, which makes the bathroom wet. Tje building needs to jave exit signs installed for safety. Overall i was happy with the place. There was no noise and the staff were vwey pleasant“

„We had to leave and had to make a new reservation at a different hotel. We drove in and waited at the gate for 15 minutes and in pitch darkness before someone came to open the gate. The gate is almost a quarter mile away from the main buildings. We honked multiple times and I had to leave the safety of my car to knock at the gate. The room we were assigned was Dirty with falling window curtains. Water was shut off and we had to wait for them to run around to get it running. The toilet was dirty ...
