Bed Configuration: 2 bedrooms, sleeps 7 guests. 1 x King, 2 x Singles, 1 x Tri bunk.
Bathrooms: 1 bathroom with separate toilet.

Facilities: Modern appliances, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, Wifi, DVD player, washing machine.

Heating/Cooling: Reverse cycle air conditioning is located in the living area and ceiling fans throughout.
Pets: Pets are welcome by negotiation.
Fenced: Enclosed rear yard with rural fencing.
Cleaning: A cleaner will be hired on your behalf and the cost is included in your rental fee
Bedding: All duvets and duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, all pillows are provided.
Linen: Sheets and towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, OR Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)
Each pack contains the following items and can be ordered to suit bedding configuration and guest numbers: Top and bottom sheets, pillow cases, bath towel, hand towel, bath mat face washer and T-towel
