„LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! A golf course with the mountain backdrop is the "backyard" and the beach is the "front yard", pretty literally. Outside of the location (which is pretty near perfect), the welcoming and whimsicle home made our stay in Seaside wonderful. We stayed only one night but wish it had been longer. My favorite part of the home was the kitchen, master bath, and spacious living room upstairs with all the views. The home smelled and was squeaky clean when we arrived. The host ...

„We really enjoyed staying at this property. We had 2 dogs and a toddler and it was very accommodating to everyone. We loved having a hot tub and they provided lots of beach chairs, toys etc. Everything was very clean and the view was AMAZING. We did need scissors and maybe a couple more fry pans( one the handle was falling off) but otherwise we loved this property, the view and everything included. “

While I would not hesitate to stay there again I would recommend a few things to make it better.You need a shower caddy for shampoo, soap, etc. You either have set it on floor, outside shower or window ledge outside shower. Not ideal.There is only one small frying pan, barely big enough to fry one egg and it does not have a lid.Fridge does not have an ice maker which is okay. I would recommend buying 3-4 plastic ice trays so you can at ...

„Easy parking. Right next to the office and stairs so be aware you will hear noise from that and the people staying above you. No oven. Right next to the beach and close to all the shops.“

„We had a wonderful time walking on the beach and just spending time with family visiting family from the Portland area, driving up to estoria to see the Gooniesi's house. And the boardwalk in seaside, just generally digging in the sand on the beach, building the sandcastles with family. We were not able to make coffee due to the coffee pot being broken. But we may do with the teapot, no big deal. There there would have been a bit more hot water in the hot water tank. That would have been nice. ...

„The home was comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. We were traveling with our dog. The bare wood floors made it easy to keep things clean, especially as it was rainy while we were visiting the coast. The host was very welcoming and communications were excellent. We especially appreciated the easy check-in, check-out procedures.“
