Groceries & beer/ wine/ spirits also very convenient.As stated in the listing, the deck is shared, and this cottage has only one entrance onto the deck, so if privacy is priority, you might want to look elsewhere. „Had a great week on DuPont Ave. The house was great, the linen service was wonderful. The only bad thing and it’s not bad was the parking. If people have driveways they should use them. They choose to park on the street and take up a parking spot.“
