„This location is superb, just a few blocks from the beach. Reasons I got this place 1) price 2) washer/dryer and 3) location. As a traveling mom with kiddos, was psyched about the washer and dryer, it wasn't available and hate to say it, I was a little bummed. Only other thing that was bothersome were the blinds, most of them are broken, had to hang a towel in the door to cover that window. Other than that for the price and location, it was perfect. The only thing that was a pity is the small bathroom downstairs but I guess that is due to construction/stability reasons. It was super clean though!
